Haunted Props

I ordered 2 weeks ago with no confirmation of a delivery date. I called 3 days ago and it was this guys personal cell. He texted me back and asked for the order# and I sent it over. I never heard back. After reading the sketchy reviews I decided to dispute the charge on my CC. I usually read reviews and of course the one time I don't I get burned. Lesson learned.

When I called Joe on 3/23 to ask him a question, he warned me that it will take 2 weeks to ship. On 3/23 I ordered my alien. As of today, 5/27 my Alien has not shipped. While Joe has been kind and apologetic and even offered me a discount, the fact of the matter is that he has given me 3 different ship dates and still has not shipped. I have sent emails but they still remain unanswered. Joe, I understand you are having mold cracking issues but you said the new porcelain mold would solve this problem. You also stated last on 5/18 that mine would certainly ship by the end of the week. That would have been 5/21. When Joe, when? When Joe, When?

This is my second review on hauntedprops now. The first explained how disappointed I was as hauntedprops Props advised free shipping and then a ween later retracted this and tried to charge for shipping (even though my order confirmation showed free shipping with my address) I put my review on here and then went to the better Business Bureau for a third party opinion. Here hauntedprops threatened me with legal proceedings if I didn't take down my review even though it was accurate to my experience. So I thought I had best take it down and replace with a more upto date review. Hauntedprops also claimed that I had been harassing them and posted reviews all over the Internet which I is false (and I had only posted the one review on here) I tried to negotiate with hauntedprops regarding the shipping costs but was told to go to amazon instead, it would appear the issue was not for discussion and they refunded me (however I didnt receive a full refund due to exchange rate) a friend of mine had a similar experience to me, put a review on here and recieved a phone call and a refund of all shipping costs and duty and taxes if agreed to remove the review. Whereas I get threatened with court. Take from this what you will, but I certainly do not recommend them which is a shame as they have some good products. Bullying mentality to remove negative posted, if this is and you would like to discuss further, please contact me. Thanks

Provided exactly what we were looking for with very fast shipping and great customer service. Would recommend.

Not worth the money I paid. It was not a good quality. The accessories came broken. I have to buy another accessories from miley shouse.com which i used to buy.
