Ordered and received an item from a US warehouse only to discover the company itself is based in China and the free exchanges advertised on their website are completely false. Should you wish an exchange of the exact same item in a different color you will be expected to pay for the postage from China. I was absolutely disgusted with my experience and will never order from them again.

I received a pair of jeans that were supposed to be wide legged, but were irregular. One leg was wide and the other was boot cut. I requested a refund and was offered an exchange at first. Then the company emailed back that this is how their pants are made and they can give me a 20% refund instead.
The attached photo shows the pant legs laid on top of one another and the legs sizes are two different cuts.

So sorry for the confusion. The ripped part was shrunk up in the fraying process so it looks like one leg is wider than the other. But I confirm the real width is the same if you wear them because the shrunk-up ripped part will be stretched.

I order 2 dress from this site and couldn't fit either size. I sent them a email where they informed me that it would be better if they give me 10% of on my next purchase nope because i will never order from this site again. I ordered a variety of clothes from there. Within 12 hours I tried to cancel the order because I read poor reviews that stated the clothes were bad quality and didn't fit. The customer service rep assured me that If I had a problem with the order they would return and refund my money. I have this in writing. I waited three weeks I did not receive my items finally with Paypal saying that I didn't receive merchandise. HS only then sent the items after I filed a client. I have the tracking info. Per the review the items were in fact very poor quality and did not fit. After being told I could get a refund they said I would have to ship the items back to CHINA at my cost in order to receive a refund. Then HS says well if I cancel the claim they would refund half my money. I cancelled the claim and they still did not refund my money. So now I am stuck with poor quality ill fitting clothes. My next step is to file a claim with my bank. Buyers beware!

On April 17, you replied with a request to change to a larger size, but on the same day, you expressed a desire to cancel. After further communication, we did not receive a second confirmation of cancellation and proceeded with the shipment.
Secondly, you can check the specific tracking information. We did not ship the packages solely because you opened a PayPal case. All three packages have updated tracking information: 92626902816706810043766162; 92626902816706810043794721; 92487902816706810063668993.
Thirdly, regarding the refund, you have not closed the chargeback, which has resulted in the freezing of the payment you made. As a result, we are unable to initiate a refund from our end until the final outcome is determined. In the initial dispute on May 7, PayPal sent a result email that mistakenly led you to believe the dispute was resolved. However, on June 17, the dispute was reopened due to new reasons you claimed not to have received. Subsequently, you initiated a dispute with your card issuer, causing the funds to remain under investigation and frozen.
We sincerely apologize for the prolonged negative experience you have had, and we hope to resolve your concerns as soon as possible. We appreciate your initial trust, and we will strive to do better.

I ordered 8 items from this company on 10/1/20 and received my order 10/24/20. As soon as I opened my 3 way "sweaters" I knew I was scammed because they were sweatshirts. The orange color block long sweater was yellow and the same sweatshirt material and the 2 piece outfits were all too small. I opened a dispute through PayPal and ended up accepting a 40% refund because it would have cost me over $400 to return it to China, only for them to refund me 40% for 5 of my items. They have also blocked me from commenting on their website and Facebook page. Do not purchase from this company.

Please beware of this business. If you purchase anything from them, please know that the distribution center is located in China. So if it doesn't fit or there is any discrepancy with the item, then it is on you to return the item(s) to China at your expense and in most cases, the shipping and handling costs more than requesting a return. So now they have you! They will lowball you with a partial refund of 10-20% of the purchase and tell you to keep the item(s). I will never purchase anything from them again and this was a good lesson about checking the return policy of online businesses (businesses in general) before making a purchase.

Garments are not as advertised. Very cheaply made and low quality fabric and workmanship. If you saw these garments hanging in a discount you would not pay the prices posted online.

If I could give them no stars, I would. First of all the express shipping was NOT express. I got my items 2 weeks AFTER they were supposed to arrive (I ordered in April - got em last week). The clothes are not what is shown on the site and they are too big. Not even sure if the pics are theirs or if they are taking them from another site and just replicating the styles.
Cheap material and the return process is non-existent. I reached out to them a week ago to return my items for a full refund and NO ONE has replied with the correct steps to take to send this junk back. Save yourself the time, money and headache. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
