Very disappointing is how I would describe Have a Look website design.
In an industry were customer service is paramount, these people drop the ball all the time.
Sorry guys, you really need to have a close look at yourselves and take note.
Emails always down. Support never call you back. Don't even have a direct number to call them on - just a message service.
Avoid like the plague unless you want a bunch of serious issues and constant web and email downtime.

The website is always crashing. Constant staff turn over. Prices keep going up. Now we pay and extra $100+ every year for who knows what reason.
Nothing personal or helpful about their promised services. I make next to no online sales since being with Have a look.

Small businesses, don't waste your precious time and money.

I engaged Have A look Websites to re vamp my old Website. The pricing was explained on the phone and pricing was emailed. The email was very clear as to what you get for your package. John was great with the sales. The support team where very helpful. Narelle from support was extremely helpful and helped me get my email records with the company who host my domain sorted. Connie and Rebekah from Design have been very helpful and implemented my changes. Only thing I didn't like was that there is no demo or screen shots of the site before it goes live. I would recommend Have a look to build or re vamp your site. I find the back end very easy for updating content

I called this business last year for a new website. My previous provider went awol and i couldn't contact them so i had a new website designed. Service was good and appreciate their help. Thank you.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have dealt with thus far.

If you have a business and need a reliable Website, Domain name and to be able to rely on your emails working, do not sign up with Have a Look!

Our company has not only lost business, we have lost face with our clients as they are incapable of sending notification to us that their server was down for over 3 days... unbeknownst to us, we kept sending emails, that never reached their destination... only due to the fact we had a wonderful customer advise us that he hadn't received anything from us for a few days and he found it unusual, that i then contacted Have a Look for them to say yes the server was down and it had been for some time.

I asked them why didn't they contact us at all to let us know and also asked if there were other businesses affected, to which they answered, yeah not sure and yes several but they didn't know which businesses, to which i said, do you realize that my business is affected and this is definitely not the first time we haven't been able to receive or send emails, which he relied, yeah good point, and yeah it was down 2 weeks ago for a few days too! USELESS...

Our emails have been affected several times in the 2 years we have been with Have a Look, we have always reported it to them and then they introduced a ticketing system to track ALL the faults they were receiving, i should have known by the introduction of the ticketing system that there was a major issue. Buyer beware!

I had a site designed a couple months ago and over all a pretty good experience. Give them a go and I'm sure you will have the same result as me. Peace.

I regret using Have a Look to build my website, it has been nothing but a nightmare!

When I first started they were smooth talking at the start and were very quick to respond but when I paid them this is when the response time started to get really slow, I guess all they care about is making the sale and moving onto the next.

The system that Have a Look use to build their websites on is their own system which I find is very restrictive and there are many things you cannot do as it is basically like a template where you have certain areas where you can only place content and images in and seems like a very old and outdated system.

The annoying thing is we cannot even move the website away from have a look as the website is built on their system and can only stay with them, so I cannot move to another hosting server as their hosting server is having lots of issues with ip addresses being blacklisted which means I cannot send out emails to my client.

In the end I decided to cancel the website and pay another developer to build a website for me on word press which is 100x better then the Have a Look system.

If you want a professional website I would recommend looking else where and not going through the headache that I had with havealook.com.au

Have a Look website design did not design the website to the way they promised.

They mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes but this is a lie, they provided me 2 rounds and then tried to charge me for each round after, this is false advertising as on their website they mentioned they provide unlimited rounds of changes until you're happy.

When I asked for a refund they refuse to give it and made up a lot of excuses.

I would tell everyone else to stay completely away from havealook.com.au as they ignore your emails and there 1300 number they never pick up and block your calls, not even sure if they're based in Australia as when you go to their Melbourne office it does not exist.

They charged our credit card for a year after we cancelled our subscription, even after we requested our money be returned. Instead of refunding us the money they stole, they spent their time trying to justify their charges for no services provided. We found them dishonest and utterly useless.

Ive dealt with many web companies over the years, and to be honest i found yours pretty good. You are always there to support me, and for that i thank you.
