This place should be shut down! I got wrong iPhone cases I shipped it back! They took a long as time to give me my money! Back and only gave half and they did not give the shipping costs either I see all other sites and they say horrible customer service! I am getting ahold of better business bureau! And getting this HORRIBLE PLACE SHUT DOWN

This place should be shut down! I got wrong iPhone cases I shipped it back! They took a long as time to give me my money! Back and only gave half and they did not give the shipping costs either I see all other sites and they say horrible customer service! I am getting ahold of better business bureau! And getting this HORRIBLE PLACE SHUT DOWN

Poor quality products. (1) I returned the earbuds because one did not work. (2) The cellphone holder I bought for my car has already broke.
Poor return policy (read carefully before buying from this merchant).
Slow issuing refunds.

Tip for consumers:
I received a free "item" with my order, but had to return it when I returned the defective earbuds.

So I ordered a phone case, it was the wrong case. I sent it back asking for a refund. I only got a partial refund. There is no number for this company so I had to respond via email. I explained to them I had to pay shipping twice. Once when it was sent to me for $5.00 then the second time I paid to send it back was $13.48. I only asked for the first time shipping to be reimbursed as it was the wrong product. They were telling me they wouldnt...THEY SUCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, STICK TO AMAZON AND EBAYOR ANYBODY ELSE FOR YOUOR PHONE ACCESORIES

I ordered an iPhone case SE 2 and got a piece of junk that said it was an iPhone 7 case. HD insisted that this case would fit. It didn't. On top of that, they sent the case with the front cover missing, the package was open and it was dirty. According to their convoluted demands for returns, I can't even send it back because it is already damaged and they won't allow that. They want the customer to pay to return it and they are unmovable in their determination to make their process as difficult as possible. I will never buy from them again. I would give them zero stars, if I could. DO NOT waste your money on this "junk".

I ordered a cell phone holder for my car CD player, and after using it 2 times, it broke. I requested a replacement, which took a while to receive, and it broke too (same spot) after very little use! It also broke my CD player, and they refused to give me credit! Obviously, it is a design fault. I wrote many emails and they refused to give me credit. I should have asked them to replace my CD player too! I dont like a company that does not stand behind their product and lies. I wrote many emails and they refuse to give me credit. The phone number is a FAX number! I guess they dont want to talk to customers. I could write to them, but I dont want to waste anymore of my time with them. This is a BAD company to do business with, and I was a repeat customer. Dont order from them unless you dont care about a refund for BAD products. A ONE RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR THEIVES!
