“LESS THAN IMPRESSED - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

We were less than impressed with the lack of service received from this company. After spending over $350 in April 2018 with this company to fix some sprinkler issues and give our system an overall check, our system failed to operate after a few weeks in one of the zones. We called this company to give them an opportunity to come back and look at the system to see what went wrong. They ignored our calls and failed to give us the professional courtesy of a return phone call. We decided to send an email message to which we received a short rude response "We cannot help you." This lack of service is unprofessional and conflicts with the service vision they boast about. Since they refused to come back and look at the system they lose the right to point the finger back at us, blame the controller box, failing parts, or make excuses. We attempted to get in touch with them 6 weeks after the work was done, NOT 3 months as they claimed. They chose to ignore us. They chose to do nothing. In the time it took them to respond to our concerns, they could have picked up the phone to diffuse the situation. It is if we were dealing with a millennial passing blame. This company falsely claimed we delayed payment of services. We tried to pay this company the day services were rendered. We were told they would mail an invoice. They mailed an invoice and payment was made within a typical standard accounting method of payment due within 30 days of receipt of invoice. They also accused us of being uneducated in the ways of how a sprinkler system works. To assume and insinuate that we are not educated to the ways of a sprinkler system is ignorant and insulting. There is more to this story, but I chose to give you the short version. We have another company that is happy to have our business. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The only thing I asked for through the Better Business Bureau was an apology. Instead Ms. Patti responded with more pathetic excuses. I guess an apology was just too difficult for her to cough up. I also posted a negative review on Yelp.com. There were several other negative reviews for this company on Yelp.com as well. All her responses to other negative Yelp.com reviews were filled with excuse after excuse long blah blah blah feedback.
