I have always been impressed by Phillip's commitment to home and consumer healthcare medical devices. From home cardiac monitors to their impressive array of asthma care devices I would recommend anyone with any chronic disease to see what this company has to offer to help them manage their condition.
About a year ago, my CPAP device was recalled by philips healthcare bc theres a risk of inhaling cancer causing material. I registered my product as instructed by the recall immediately., I was told a replacement would be sent to me, but a year later im still sleeping without a machine. I have moderate to severe sleep apnea. I cannot get a different type of machine bc My insurance already paid for this one. My health and my life is at risk for a year already bc Philips has not sent me a replacement. I will not use a device that has been recalled! Horrible company! I've reached out to them and was told 8 months ago that replacements had started going out but they could not tell me when I would get the safe CPAP replacement. This company does not care about its customers. They have all tge money for these machines, and they are putting people's life at risk.
Philips medical deserves no stars. As a medical provider I will never consider using another product
