Shipping is outrageous. Im ordering only because my regular shipment is delayed. Im a diabetic and use 3-4 of wipes daily.

Scrub top was too big for me and I was unable to change my size for the second shipment once I received the first shipment. As a result i will have to send back all the scrub tops and pay for according to someone that sent me an email from customer service. Not happy with this situation especially when I was trying to prevent you guys shipping me the same ill-fitting top for my second shipment.

I order homecare supplies for my father. The website carries the product he needs at a reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate and delivery is quick. I like their follow-up emails to make sure the delivery was received.

I text the company on Friday the 15th see if I can get a return slip back from ya so I can return to unisex grub pants for smaller size and nobody had got back to me. I think it's bad business when you don't send a return slip just in case you want to return the product for another size or something different.

Being my 1st time shopping with Healthcare Supply Pros, I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to use their website and how cooperative they were in fulfilling my order after my 1st selection was not available. Thank You

I have great respect for the service that I get from this company. They send out as fast as 24 to 48 hours. I got all my orders so fast. Much faster than any other company.

It was very easy to order and the order arrived quickly. The shipping cost was a little high for a small object.

There scan on payment was a great idea but it Dorset seem to accept it, had to delete everything and apply manually

Took a while for product to ship. Not the same formula but has the same reference # but old formula has 5% Dimethocone. New one shipped only has 1.5%. Orange scent is weaker too. Why?

I would rate the site higher if I had a cheaper option for shipping. I don't need the spacer in a rush.

Ordering scrubs was simple. Delivered quickly with no issues.

Shipping was too expensive as compared to the order. Not sure if that's b/c you include a profit or it's just the true cost. If it's the true cost, than there's nothing to be done but I would warn others before I recommended your site. Please stay safe.

I had order couple of times and the first order was delivered after 20 plus days. I ordered xs pro scrubs, misty color. The top did fit well, the pants were so small like for kids size, tried to contact them to exchange and I was told no return or exchange, if by any can we they will approve the exchange it will be a cost for sending that back. I went and ordered the same scrubs but got sized up to Small. I got the pants but not the top. However, the fitting is like a large size - huge difference in sizing. Wearing the top from previous order, the fabric start peeling and looks terrible.
My orders was a lil bit over $50.00 but times 2 it's still some money that I lost due to quality and huge difference in sizing as they are universal sizes.
Not worth the wait and loosing the money.

Need to have scrubs more easily categorized. I want to click on the brand/type of scrub, go to the page and there select size and color. Much easier than picking through every single scrub you have in your online inventory.

The shipping charges are confusing. One one part of the website it says free shipping over 39$. When you checkout it says free over 49$. It automatically wants to charge 9.99$ for standard shipping but priority shipping is also 9.99$. I have never seen this before but I need nebulizer so I just went ahead and bought it. I hope it is good quality machine.

Your search feature on your website is very wonky. It was difficult to find the gloves I wanted, despite having ordered them from you more than once. It kept saying, "Your search did not match any of the products we carry" when entering either product name or item number. I had to find my item through a google shopping search.

I emailed last week, received a ticket #******* and said there was no such ticket. I received no other email as requested.

Item arrived fine and as described. My only complaint is that I would have liked some type of confirmation or communication from you when the item actually shipped from your warehouse so I would know it was on it way, etc.
