An order I placed 4 months ago never arrived. I lost my money and my order. I'd avoid this company. Don't order if you're in South America (like Brasil), or Europe (like me, in Portugal).

Placed my order and they give fake DHL tracking info. Caked DHL and they said they never rcvd the physical parcel. Contact the customer service & never reply. So don't buy anything from this website, they will not ship you anything, just a big fat lie!

Buyed some products on jan/2015 until now nothing, and they do not return my e-mails any more, order number #*******

Never buy from them. Bunch of crooks. I placed an order on 10th julyOrder #******* Even after 100 days I haven't recieved it. There is no response form their customer support. Lost $ 100. Bunch of crooks.

The prices are very reasonable. It provides free shipping if you purchased a certain amount. I just ordered my items today, i will post the update and change my rating to 5-star when i receive my items.

I ordered an item in stock.
15 days my order stayed at "in process" status, then turned to "canceled" status.
I didn't receive any explanation, any message, even when I asked them after 11 days "in process" about the reason why.

Really bad service. A waste of time.

Don't trust in this site. They don't sent me 1 of 3 products, but I paid for. I sent many messages to the site during 2 months, but no answers until now. They just don't respond, like I don't exist. I WAS STOLEN BY THIS SITE.

I tried many times contact them using their customer service but nobody gave me answer. This is the message that i sent them:

" Hello! I've been your costumer for a long time and have indicated your company to a lot of people, due to the great service you always offered me, wich I am very thankful. I am the admin of HEALTHDESINGS BRASIL (at the facebook page), where Im helping you everyday (more than 2.000 likes).
I placed an order on May 17th, 2013 Order #*******, wich has the tracking number GM**************, by DHL and also the tracking number EE... that is from the Brazilian mail service.My package was curiosly refused by Brazilian Customs House, probably because of the Melatonin that was on the package, because of Brazilian`s Health policy.THe package was sent back to German on 07/25/2013 at 2:59 PM, but I discovered it only today.
The another one that i didnt receive is the Order #******* on October 8,2013 and I have no information about this.
The another problem is about the REWARDS. I have a list of name and e-mail of my friends that I helped them to create their account and they used my referral code and I didn't receive the rewards.
I know your serious company, and I'm pretty sure that you can understand me, so, I'm sendig this message asking for refund. I can disregard the shipments amount, but I would be really glad if you could pay me back the products money, or credits to buy in your site. Thanks a bunck and congratulations for the excellent tratment you always support to your clients.
