“Nightmare company to work with”

I loved their olive oil. And the idea of supporting a small local company. But when I ordered, I got NO response for them when I might get the product, for more than a week after they took my money. I asked them to cancel the order. 6 weeks later, still no refund. I disputed the claim with my bank and provided necessary paperwork. The owner then messed about on his end and finally refunded me, then asked if I could place another order so he could get his second refund back. I told him to wait until the bank finished reviewing the dispute since if they saw 2 refunds they would probably stop the one they made. The owner then said it was "out of his control" and started insulting me because everyone else appreciates the quality. I'm like. Dude, the problem wasn't your quality, it was YOU and your lack of service. If you take my money, you have to let me know within a week when I might see a product. And if you can't figure out how to refund an order, that is on you. Sadly, I would avoid this business at all costs.
