Heart Internet add customers to their spam lists and do not allow you to unsubscribe. It says in the footer of some of their spam: "To be removed from this newsletter, update your subscription preferences in your control panel." However, I have already unsubscribed from ALL emails countless times. I have checked repeatedly and it states in my account that I am unsubscribed from all emails from Heart Internet. Yet they keep spamming me. I have emailed them over 20 times, but the spam persists. Customer service is awful, as other commentator has said on this site. The telephone number is just for them to make more money as it's only for "sales" and if you are calling about anything else, they say you have to send a support ticket from your account - which causes real issues if you can't login to your account which happened to me due to bugs with Heart Internet's system. These are just some of the reasons why I have stopped registering domain names with them. Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all cost!
Their product is actually good, the problem is their customer service.
If you have to contact them, they are willing and helpful, until something doesn't go right.
I had a reseller account with them for years and they never accepted that I could not login to it. Every time I wished to they had to send me a new password through email. The recover password simply didn't work.
Eventually I'd had enough and left. They agreed to do a backup of my database, but they botched it and it had to be rebuilt later.
They also agreed to transfer a domain to another host. They did not do this (and I hve now lost that domain) and 8 months later said my acccount had not been cancelled as I did not inform them through their ticketing system (I had) and they were advising a collection agency to collect another years fees!
Months of emails have failed to achieve anything, my anger levels are unbelievable.
I would warn anyone to think twice before considering heart as their host.
