Hebegown

It was the worst thing I did, I ordered this dress in blue and something totally different arrived, with a very bad finish, a horrible fabric. They only give 7 days to return and I am trying to communicate with someone from the first day I arrive, they respond every 24 hours and they do not give a solution, but they do not receive you either, every day excuses and excuses because they say that happens when you ask for Internet but it is very different to receive something so different from the photo they show, they are very irresponsible, I have lost my money, they also have a number that does not exist, nobody answers. I'm not supposed to keep something they sent so different and so horrible

I have ordered 2 dresses from HEBEGOWN.COM. The first (a blue dress) I paid the extra money to have it done in my measurements and it was not made in my measurements. It's like the had some made in a size close to my measurements and through it in a shippinh box to me. Because it will be an easy fix, I have decided to keep it and have it altered. The second dress (pale pink) is where it gets terrible. Because the blue dress wasn't done in my measurements I decided not to pay extra when I knew they were not going to do it. Unlike the blue dress, I ordered the pink a different color than pictured on their site and it was obviously made when I ordered it, and unlike the blue dress it took a couple weeks to come in. As soon as it arrived I tried it on and noticed that they had put bright white bra cups in that were not removable and extremely noticeable, it had beads hanging from thread and that under the arm it was never finished being sewn together and the outer part of the dress is tool. I hung it from a hanger and its uneven all across the bottom and the tool was cut jagged and chunky. It's also no where near made the way it looks in the picture. The breast area is much higher and both dresses the slit is much longer than pictured. THIS DRESS LOOKS NOTHING LIKE ITS PICTURED. I contacted HEBE GOWN they said they would need pictures. So I responded with pictures and the response I got was that I did everything to the dress that was not right and that they would not take a return. I am 114 lbs and 5'5". I have an athletic size 4 - 6 body frame and if this dress was made correctly it would fit me beautifully unlike this one. I ordered a size 6 in the pink dress. Here is a photo of what the pink dress pictured on their site, a photo I took of myself the day before the pictures I took in the pink dress and also a screen shot of the response from HEBE GOWN. I have also included 2 pictures of the blue dress that is too big for me that I am keeping to have altered. Judge for yourself. If you buy from them, be prepared to get a dress that is not evenly sewn and to be unfairly treated if you want a return.

We did not get the dress we ordered they claimed that it was the right dress but obviously totally different and the one we got is hideous. Even though the return policy said seven days they refuse to except the return for a refund or an exchange. This was for my daughters sweet 16 party and now I'm out another $160 for trash. Not only that the way they talk to their customers is extremely unprofessional. They told me it was common sense to know that what you receive wouldn't be exactly like the online picture of the item. I got a totally different dress. I guess that's what I get for not reading reviews before hand.

I was skeptical of ordering but I noticed they had a 7 day return policy. I went ahead and ordered it and didn't like the dress. So I reached out to them immediately to start the return and they denied me. Saying it wasn't there fault and the order was correct. They would never show me in the policy where it was "their call" on whether or not the return was possible. Do not order unless you are absolutely certain!

I emailed them the night I got my shipment because the item was nothing like the description. I emailed them at least 6 more times. Not only did they not respond but they also didn't send me an item. Based on the reviews, do not order anything unless you are 100% sure it will fit. #worstcompanyever.

The customer service is horrible. I received my item and it did not fit. I went to the website and followed the return policy instructions. They refused to give me a return address until after I promised to pay all shipping charges. When I said I would pay they said they would rather give me a discount on my next order. What? There will be no next order! BTW - they never provided me with a return address.

The costumer service was god awful and they do not respond to you quickly and i wasn't able to make a return even though it was not correct. The dress was so so but had weird gaps in certain areas. All i can say is don't order a dress from here i will never do it again.

I'm a real person and I'm sad to say that they would not let me cancel a dress that wasn't even shipped to me yet. I tried everything and there is no way to actually contact those people they from like the uk or something. Anyway please be careful! $#*! is not legit

Horrible customer services. Dress arrived too late for event and was 2 sizes too big. There is no return policy unless package is damaged. Avoid this site.

I didnt have any problems. Everyone was complimenting me, my special day was awesome. Will definitely be purchasing more! Thanks for such an amazing dress!

Bought a dress for my daughter to wear to her friend's quinceañera. Dress came quickly and looks great. Exactly like the picture and I have to admit, I was nervous after reading some of the reviews. It fits and can zip, but it's like just so. She can't sit, which means she can't get in or out of the car, or sit at the party. Gotta find a seamstress to let it out a bit. There is a bit of allowance to do so.

I ordered early to be prepared for late shipments. Not only did I get the two dresses I ordered, they are beautiful. I'm very pleased and can't wait to see my babies as flower girls.

Arrived in a timely matter and fit like a glove! You can not beat the quality for the price you pay! Excellent! Worth it! My husband was overwhelmed at how beautiful the dress is!

Great quality for the price! Everyone thought the dress was custom made when I wore it. Only downside for me was that I had to order 2 sizes up based on the hip measurements, and then have it taken in on my waist and chest area, which would have been fine except the top straps were super big on me and did not stay. That being said, if you match the measurements exactly (and don't have weird measurements like me) the dress should be perfect.

I absolutely LOVE my dress! It arrived in less than 2 weeks with custom measurements, fits perfectly and the details are amazing. I am going to purchase a petticoat for underneath so it falls better.

I was a bit sceptical after reading reviews but with only a short time before the wedding, was a bit desperate.The dress turned up within the estimated time, a few weeks to spare. Would have given 5 stars but had one minor issue to fix. The quality of the making of the dress was excellent. I would like to thank Hebeogwn for getting me the dress I ordered in such short notice.The price was more than acceptable.

Ordered this for my senior prom and it is very beautiful. I got it a week earlier than expected. Which was a blessing considering the top had to be tailored. The bottoms fit perfectly but the top was too big. I did not buy mine custom made so it is understandable that it did not fit perfectly. The adjustments were easily fixed and cost very little.

I purchased this dress in navy, and not only was it beautifully made but it was a perfecc fit. Dress purchased in custom sizing (approx. Size 18) to fit 177cm tall. Very impressed with the quality of the dress.

I really liked the dress it was a bit darker than the picture but i didn't expect it to be identical. It was really long and has a train the neck is also a bit tight so I did go a size up. All together nice dress and shipping process was great.

It is such a beautiful dress and the material was perfect! Little to no alters (of course it was long on me because i am short) I am definitely buying a dress from this website again

Once I saw this dress i fell in love with it. I ordered the dress a size bigger but once I got alterations done it fitted perfect.
