I ordered 2 "robots" for my grandsons for Christmas. The ad looked like they were at least 2-3 feet tall and that they could mimic your motions and write. I was impressed for the price of $59.99 so I bought them. They took 2 weeks to arrive and are barely a foot tall. I am so disappointed in this. I'm almost embarrassed to give them to my grandsons. I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and they told me they would give me 20% off my NEXT purchase... no thanks. I don't plan to EVER buy anything from them again. Definitely false advertising.

Bought some "waterproof solder wire connectors" from them as an impulse buy, because they looked like they might meet my needs. Basically stick electric wires into both ends and heat it up, solder melts and sticks wires together, outside plastic connector shrinks and seals connection. Product arrived in 2 weeks and I tried it out - no luck! Apparently you need an industrial strength heat gun to melt the solder, not just a hair dryer like they advertised. Hair dryer didn't melt solder, just shrunk the tubing a little bit. I tried many times to get a refund but kept getting polite emails about needing more info, send pictures, order number, etc. Finally I kept repeatedly sending them the same email that I had met all their requests, what about my refund?
After several weeks I got another polite email that they were sorry but the product was not defective and they could only offer me a 10% refund - if I sent connectors back. I guess I will be getting an industrial heat fun to see if that works. I will NOT be getting anything else from them and advise you not to! Appears to be a quick scam company from Singapore selling poor quality merchandise and does not honor their quality, warranty, and refund policies.
