Horrible customer service. Ordered a hoodie through them. It never arrived. After one supposed delivery attempt (even though I was home at the time) it said it was returning to sender. That was two and a half months ago and they are refusing to provide me with a refund. At this stage it's a complete scam. Made a purchase through them, no attempt to deliver and now they've just kept my money and are refusing to even reply to emails. Do not use them as this may easily happen to you. Look elsewhere.
I am a huge fan of Chelsea Wolfe, and like an impulse buyin idiot purchased a 'limited edition' jacket with some kewl lookin tarot card designs. The product looked fantastic online; but the company neglected to mention that the 'Limited edition' verbiage actually meant handmade. Short story even longer when I opened the package I was beyond disappointed. Kind of resembled a mini human's first art project. Merchant added a $15 shipping fee onto the total price even when I clearly chose the free USPS option. Don't give customers the option to choose a preferred shipping method when you have no intention of honoring it. So I called to express my desire to return the item in exchange for a full refund in the amt pf $135. They refused to comply so I reported their shady bullspit to the AZ BBB. They have since refunded $120. So not the full amt but I'll allow it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE.

I wouldn't... Buyer beware.

The self addressed return label that was included with the jacket. Notice how generic and unprofessional it looks? That makes 2 of us.
