They helped me when my mortgage loan was switched to another lender, and previous lender did not give insurance information. They contacted me regarding my bill being due and I explained the situation. They had it taken care of in a few hours, with the new lender overnighting payment so I wouldn't have to come up with it in full on short notice. Awesome costumer service.
Seem keen to get your money but when it comes to wanting to sell what you have invested in they don't reply to you. Sent 4 emails over 2 weeks and still not had acknowledgement The SFB in Taiwan confirmed they are neither licensed to operate or indeed incorporated in Taiwan. Would avoid at all costs - Total scam

Great company if you live in Asia and need someone to deal with all your financial concerns, knowledgeable about stock market and ipos, they also set up my personal pension - easy to communicate with, very friendly

I have been living abroad for a number of years and I was looking for a company to arrange all my financial affairs and my friend recommended Hennessy - I'm glad he did and I can highly recommend them, easy to talk to, very patient and very attentive, they arranged my pension, which is complicated due to living abroad and also brokered my insurance, and they have also made some investments on my behalf which so far are profitable. More than anything they are great to deal with and understand customer importance

Hennessy and Associates handled my request for the addition of a mortgagee clause to a policy with speed and efficiency. Their prompt service is very much appreciated.

I have recently switched my investment account to Hennessy and they seem very solid with their knowledge of the markets. However communication can be a problem since they are not in my country and sometimes do not get back to you straightaway. This must be improved.

They set up my pension and my family insurance - they made it all very easy for me and explained everything in simple terms.
They listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and didn't push me to take on more than I needed. I understood the options and you were willing to accept my decisions.

I have recently transferred my investment trading account with Hennessy due to my previous brokers being far too pushy and not making the right decisions. These guys seem to know the markets far better and are easy to communicate with. Very happy so far.
