They are horrible monsters that take advantage of people. They act like they care but they don't. I get told that I'm being uncooperative even though they basically take around half of my paycheck each week ( I make minimum wage). I got angry because for the longest time I basically forced myself in horrible relationship thinking it would get better but it didn't. It was mentally and physically affecting my health and they demand more money telling me I was the fault for undoing so much of their work. When I asked for a refund they told me I violated their "policy" and therefore I shall not be getting a refund as apparently "I don't care about my own life as much as them!" I screwed myself over to this scammer and I can't get my money back from a dispute because it's been too long.

If more people report maybe they'll put an investigation into this and can stop the people behind this and shut down all their sites. I lost a lot of money to them and hope that no one ever has to be taken advantage of by them ever again.

Heritage Crystals is owned and operated by the same person who is behind Legacy Love Spells, Bequest Crystals, and The Strawberry Path. They make their business names sound like other real businesses so people can get confused when investigating or when calling themselves for refunds (they have a fake phone number on their other sites as well).

They give you the EXACT same emails to their clients with just changing a few of their words, and we're told to purchase an item from their other gem store site (Daphni Gems and Abala Express). You get told it's on discount but don't let that fool you because the price is never changed.

Don't bother giving them any money because they'll never give it back. They also will make themselves a victim and will harass you and blame you for whatever reasons! Whoever or whatever group is behind this really needs to be locked up and have their sites taken down as they've hurt and taken advantage of many people including myself.

Please please do not use these people they will scam u weekly for money. What they say they will do they will not do. They sent me emails daily making me think that they cared, said they were discounting the prices when 5 months later and about 100.00 every 2 weeks nothing happened and even after i told them i wasent paying anymore bc i had my doubts about them they swore it would be the last payment and they were so close. Well nothing ever came out of it besides me being in debt bc of them. They lie to u. It is a horrible thing that they are doing to people who only want love in their lives. My gut told me this was bull$#*! but yet they were so convincing i actually tried to believe in them 5 months of this and no return of my ex. Theres hardly any info on the internet about them and their coven which should have been a red flag. They milk you for all ur money and give u no results please please do not fall for this do not waste ur money they are scammers and should be removed off the internet and reported for fraud. I have all the emails to prove they are frauds and liers

Since May it's been more money more money. Just paid for the "last time" on 11/18 and Emily emails "80.00 to finish" when I said no I was told I thought it was a joke, she paid more and cared more. No, I'm just not paying you more because it's always the last time then it's more. Nope not doing it

I usually try to lift people and be positive about all this things, this people keep you on a loop of more and more work, never send you a report as others spell casters do, they just email you " is done " but nothing else to show, you just believe in their work then every other week they suggest you to this and that Emily was like a typical pushy sells man, even at times agressive, everytime is hundreds and hundreds of dollars and they keep taking advantage of your need to solve your problem. I know how magik works, the spiritual round is not as we thinkg instant results, but all respectable spell caster will tell you honestly what they thing if they feel there is a possibility or not, if its meant to be or not. This case, they preach they work with crystals and cast a spell, then supposedly buried the crystals, later a week after Emily will suggest/ pressure you to do a reinforce, another spell etc etc, then other week. I told her in one occassion, that it sounded good but i needed to think about it becuase i didnt have the money, then she keep insisting and turned agressive. I gave the money out of fear mostly... Don't fall for them is not fair what they do.

Do not deal with these people they are fraudulent and scammers it took 9100 from me over the course of a year and 3 months with no results
