Shouldn't be this difficult. First it wouldn't download. After many attempts still didn't work. Contacted them and they sent me a link that downloaded it. They sent like 20 machines in one manual 1900 pages. Can't navigate through them. What a joke

Paid for a case manual and never receive anything. They do not respond to any email. Very frustrating
