Purchased a refrigerator thru HH Gregg and the extended warranty was pushed to us by HHG using a crappy warranty company Warrantech. The company conducted fraudulent practices of resolving issues with a broken fridge. Some schmuck named Said never came out but "ordered parts". Several weeks later he still has the same story. Tried calling HHG but they do nothing to help and just send you to the fraudulent company Warrantech. Avoid both of these $#*!ty companies. Neither stands behind their products.

I ordered two Dell monitors from HH Gregg via Google Shopping. Both monitors arrived without the stands in the box. Google Shopping was little help. They would not agree to send replacement items so I do not experience further delay in utilizing the monitors I need to work at home. They also require 10 days to credit my account for the charge once they receive the returned monitors. I am going to dispute this charge on my account. HH Gregg and Google Shopping can wait for me instead. No wonder HH Gregg reviews are so poor. No more Google shopping for me. I am sticking with Amazon. They would not make me wait before sending new monitors.

We just purchased a 2019 Ford F150 Limited from HGregg in Brandon, FL. The vehicle, after warranty and tax, was $60,000. They did agree to buff out the surface scratches, but when we brought the truck back after a 2 week vacation and asked them to fix the automatic running board, they said no. We have a warranty and it will be covered... under a $100 deductible. If it was a Ford dealer, I'm sure they would have done it just to keep our business for service and new purchases. We are also still waiting on MSRP original sticker, 51 point check and last oil change. The sales manager was useless and the salesman didn't bother going the extra step after the sale. I will never buy from a company like this one again!

I made a purchase on Nov 23 2020... Very pleased with the delivery, the owner even reached out to me to be sure I was pleased with my purchase.
II has been extremely stressful trying to return this purchase, I have emailed customer service 4 times for instructions even reached out to Roy the owner and have received no response... Not sure where to go to from here

Hgreg sells lemons with extended warranties that are VIODED and its a shame that John Hairabedian needs to do something about this. We bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with the extended warranty. When the truck started to have problems 3 months later. We took it to the dealer for the warranty to covers the issues. Only to find out the truck has had modifications and the warranty that we pay $226 additional per month is NO GOOD. Hgreg doesn't do anything. Now we are stuck with a $27k truck that's in the shop. My fiance just started his business and now he can't make money because we don't have the $2k it cost to get the truck fixed. This is ridiculous that Hgreg can void their contract and don't do Anything to help. SHAME

I normally buy my appliances from BestBuy because of the extended warranty. When I decided to never buy another extended warranty I found HH Gregg online and after reading multiple reviews on this site I found that they really are a low price leader on home appliances. You rarely need a warranty on a fridge or washer. Shipping is free and they are so much cheaper than bestbuy or home depot.

I bought a tv through them it came with a 3 year warrantee
I was talked into another 3 Year warrantee
My tv screen went Blank I called them to have it fixed
I was told the the warrantee ran for 3 year with the other warrantee
So I payed for a warrantee I thought I was getting 6 years I only had three
I was ripped off for a three year tv They wouldn't cover the tv
I will never go to them again
I have spent over $ 3500. 00 in that store
I had thought they were my go to store

NEGATIVE 100% - CON DEALERSHIP - CROOKS - THEIVES - DISHONEST - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER! THEY CON OLD WOMEN. Don't fall into their trap like I did. Bought vehicle and when picked up windows did not operate. Accepted vehicle with their word it would be fixed, and they had the part. Made several service appointments which were canceled, and the salesman said he would pick up the vehicle to have it fixed and didn't. Phoned to reschedule always got an answering service, emailed numerous occasions, finally service stopped responding. Finally got a REAL person today on the phone, and told because its now past 30 days no service can be done. I'm an old woman with cancer and now have a vehicle that NO windows go up or down. Can't go through the bank, drive through or even to get some fresh air!

Excellent company, and excellent service... however sometimes find some better prices elsewhere but one good thing is most of their stores tend to do price match if you do!

H. H. Gregg was new to the Tampa Bay area so I purchased a 50" TV, a GE washer, a GE Dryer, a GE Dish Washer and an off brand 18 cubic foot Refrigerator all on the same day. The Refrigerator was for a friend who was coming to Florida in a few months from New York. All the purchases were made at the Clearwater, Florida store. The Refrigerator was delivered to my friends address and I was there to receive it. Two months later, my friend drove down from New York with several cold storage containers of food. Upon his arrival, he plugged the new refrigerator in only to find that it was dead. He called the Clearwater store and was told they could do nothing for two weeks to repair it. My friend called me in panic and I went over to HH Gregg. I told them the problem and they would do nothing. I clearly stated that the refrigerator had not been in use as the house was empty. They didn't care. No matter what I said, they would do nothing for a new customer! I did raise my voice saying I wasn't leaving the store without a new refrigerator. They called the police and had me escorted out of the store. I'm not NOT surprised they went out of business. My friend had to rent a refrigerator for three weeks. When the repair man finally came, they couldn't repair the refrigerator in question so they gave my friend another new one. I never went back to them. What a disgraceful way of handling a new customer!

Went to the store and buy a dishwasher they had on sale. The first clue I should I had left, the salesperson could not find it on the floor or on the website. I found on my phone and showed it to him. Then after making the purchase they convinced us to buy an extended warranty which he stated would not cost much, because the dishwasher purchase included a gift card, which we never received. I contacted them on various occasions and was told they will mail it. It's been a year and nothing. I will never buy from them again.

Best Buy got plenty of gamers keyboards, mouse, and other control pads. They even got some sweet mouse pads. Headsets&mics you can stand there and pick and read on and next thing you know your still can't make up your mind.

HH GREGG doesNOT honor their return policy as stated on their delivery receipts, nor does it give you a $100 gift card to cover their delivery fee! I will never do business with them again!

Over priced crap. I can't believe half the crap made it past testing phases - they need better choices when selling things. They target low income families too, with their low payment plans on a crappy heavy tablet that doesn't do anything it's suppose to. I only buy ink their- expensive still. Their warranty system sucks too, my latpops been gone and is gone, for over a month now! Their really taking their time, on a $400 freaking warranty on a $1700 laptop... Could have saved over 1000 on hp.com.

Screw this chain store.

I purchased a dishwasher online from them and it was to be delivered to my local store for pick up in 2 weeks at the latest and they would email me when it was ready for pick up. Two weeks and three days passed and no email, and yes I checked my junk email folder too. I called the online website number and asked them why I haven't been notified to pick up my order and he says it may be because it was sold at a special sale price and maybe back ordered. I asked how long should I wait before canceling the order and he said he couldn't give me a date. I told him I just wanted a rough estimate of time. I waited 2 more days and called to cancel my order so that I could purchase the dishwasher somewhere else and was stalled and put through the ringer to cancel. They even stated it was now ready for pick up at the store but no email notice was ever sent so I doubt that statement. They finally canceled the order and issued a REFUND, yes the charged my card early too. To top things off, the store called me about a week after it was cancelled and said my dishwasher was ready to be picked up. I told them the order was cancelled and they didn't have a clue it was. That told me that the Rep. I talked to on the phone lied when she said it was at the store ready for me. These people are pitiful.

I purchased two TVs during the thanksgiving black friday sale. The shipping date supposed to be 12/7/2015, they supposed to email and call me the day before the actual delivery date. However, i didn't received any call or email. So on 12/7/2015, I called and asked where's my TVs at. A customer rep told me that the TVs have been delivered in the morning and it was dropped off in front of my house. However, i was home all day, there's nothing there. So i called UPS and tried to track down my TVs. Long story short, the Hhgregg rep told me the wrong info, my TVs have been reschedule to 12/11/2015, then on 12/10/2015, I called Hhgregg to find out the delivery time frame, and they said it will be in the afternoon. On 12/11/2015 at 5pm, I called Hhgregg and tried to find out where's my TV. The rep told me on the phone that the TVs are out of stock. WHAT THE HECK? Then why they told me the day before that my TVs are coming?! WHY?
Then, I called on 12/20/2015 to check if they have my TVs in stock. Guess what?! The customer rep told me that the TVs are discontinuing, so they don't have it anymore.

What is going on there? They already charged my credit card back in November. Today, 1/1/2016, still NO TVs, no refund, no explanation.

I should have just ordered from Walmarts, Sears or Target. I will never ever ever in my life time give you any business Hhgregg! The worst company on earth.
