I liked this company's concept and their products until I had a problem with one of them. They don't respond to emails to customer support at all. And they can't be reached by phone. You can't leave a message and it just says to email them. It's been 5 weeks since I first emailed them, with no response. I followed up several times. I gave up a few weeks ago and ordered a replacement hose from them to replace the one that was leaking, and they sent me the wrong size. And I can't get their attention to address that issue. I may get the last laugh, as I have charged back the hose purchase on my credit card. We'll see if they respond to the credit card company or to PayPal any more than they did to me.

I love high pressure from my shower, so i took a shot and ordered 2, a Moda and a Ultra rain style. I loved them both, but particularly the Moda, and bought another for my guest bath. Everyone loved it. So when my son needed to solved the problem of low water pressure and weak showers in his North San Diego home, i bought him 2. He loved them. I bought 4 more and have given them as gifts. Everyone loves them.

Over the last 4 years i have purchased 9 shower heads, and have never heard a single complaint from anyone who has used them.

There are NOT better shower heads on the market. Admittedly i have never dealt with their customer service. But if you know what you need, i cannot imagine being disappointed with these fine products.

I purchased a shower head from, this company. I am now trying to buy a replacement filter. This company has no customer service whatsoever. No 800 number. They do not reply or respond to emails. I even called their headquarters number, but of course they have a message telling you to send them an email. I will never buy another product from this company.

I followed their instructions on returning a shower head. Shipped it FedEx in February and they still have not picked it up and processed the return. Calls at all hours and days go to a voice mail stating to send an email. No email response.
STAY AWAY from these folks!

Fortunately, I have not had the service issues that other reviewers on here have mentioned.

However, I was still somewhat disappointed with the product. I got the "Supreme", which is the most powerful shower head that they make. It is sturdy and of high quality. But the water pressure it provides is actually lower than the cheap Waterpik that we were using before. It takes nearly 5 minutes to rinse shampoo out of my hair; which as you can imagine, is quite annoying. Since the Waterpik kept leaking from the head though, we decided to keep using the Supreme for now.

What I find most suspicious is that on their website, they have reviews posted. However, there is literally nowhere for you to post or submit your own review. Which leads me to believe that they don't want honest feedback available for potential customers.

I bought two shower heads, a Hand Held and a Regular Shower Head. Decided to keep the hand held and to return the regular shower head, but the crook never responded to give me a RMA Label so that I could return the "un-open" box. This crook buys his product cheaper-in China perhaps, turns around and makes a great profit, buy not rendering any Customer Service. You CROOK, you will get yours yet!

I bought a Moda before reading the online reviews and instantly regretted thinking I'd be receiving Chinese junk or nothing at all. The next day I received a shipment tracking email estimating delivery in three days, which was accurate. The package was heavy and well packed. I was amazed of the high quality, finish & precision of the components. It came with a real roll of pipe thread tape & protective cap over the threaded end. It installed easily and zero leaks out the back that happens often with most brands. Now for the impressive part... BEST PRECISION NEEDLE LIKE WATER STREAM WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN HOME DEPOT OR LOWcES. I of course had to instantly jump in and take a shower. I will tell everyone about this Moda shower head!, I never write reviews but I had to write this! (Ignore my grout not finished yet in my picture :)

Spent over $120 on shower heads, extra long hoses, adapters etc. The adapters will not allow the hoses to connect. Cheap Chinese Junk. I contacted the company via the email (no live representatives) They did not reply to my return request. This is going on 3 months and still no reply from this company. STAY AWAY!

They have NO PHONE NUMBER and they do NOT read nor REPLY to: "*******@highpressureshowerheads.com" and send whatever is available WITHOUT REGARD TO YOUR CANCELLATION or CHANGE notice.
Nice product IF YOU CAN GET WHAT YOU WANTED.

Don't be like me. Please read this and the other reviews before you spend a nickel of your hard earned money with this company. It has got to be a scam! I have never felt so shafted in all my life. I purchased a shower head (A0110) and never received a thing. The first time I "tried" to contact the company, their customer service told me to look in the bushes in case the mailman threw it there. That was the last time they responded to any of my e-mails. Like with the others, their phone number just issues e-mail addresses for customer service. I cannot believe the Better Business Bureau has not put these scammers out of business yet.

I've sent 4 emails to ask a simple question and left my phone number. NO RESPONSE. I'd hate to think if I had to return something what they'd do. You have to have an RMA number but they won't respond. If anyone returns a shower head, please take a PHOTO of it and have them sign for it. This company desperately needs better customer service.

I am sad to give this company only 3 stars. I actually LOVED the shower head, and it made a drastic difference in our low water pressure situation. Also, the quality of 'the supreme' model is stellar, solid brass, very heavy. In fact, I loved it so much, I wrote in to them with my praises and actually got a response thanking me for the feedback.

However, after a year or so, the the ball & socket, which is what allows the head to adjust, became stuck in one position. I tried resolving it myself to no avail, so I contacted customer service by email, as the products are supposed to be lifetime guaranteed. I got ZERO response after three emails, and the phone number just goes to an answering machine, which is totally lame.

Despite the head getting stuck in one position, we still use it, and it still provides excellent pressure. But the customer service is non existent when it comes to resolving any type of issue.

So buy at your own risk. Do your research on which model will suit you, and you will likely love the product. But dont expect anything more than the head arriving safely to your door.

I purchased the Premium Massage Hand held shower head for my outdoor shower. It is just what I hoped it would be: a power massage for the end of the day... relaxing, refreshing, and is like a jet-tub massage without being in a tub. Thanks for making a shower head that does just what the advertisement says! Clay Olsen

I had an 'ultimate' shower head for a couple years and it worked well. When it clogged up, and cleaning didn't work, I ordered a new one. It sucked. They claim nothing changed, and although it looked the same, it didn't work the same... it didn't provide wide to concentrated spray, only wide to wide and weak to weak wide spray. Not recommended.

Just got the Veloce shower head for bathroom down stairs. Like it so much, now ordering one for up stairs bath!

I've had very similar experience as previous reviewers. The hand held shower head spray was weaker than the $29.99 model from a big box store. I returned it. I got a phone call from an abusive owner and 10min later an e-mail with photos of damaged parcel, claiming that everything except the bracket was missing. Hard to imagine as I've packed the hose in double bubble wrap so it doesn't move in the mailing box. Clearly they have no intentions of refunding the money. It's a very shady business, stay away!

I recently made the mistake of purchasing an item from them. When I received notice that the item had shipped I noticed a problem with the delivery instructions. I e-mailed their support department 5 times and my request for correction was ignored. I then called the telephone number listed on their site and reached a voicemail which directed me to send e-mail to the address I had already used with NO result. Obviously a convenient circle of evasion for a company that has no interest in their customer's satisfaction. Their interests seem to be confined to collecting payment and then YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN! So if you are comfortable with that kind of disservice... go ahead and waste your money! Otherwise find a better place to purchase your products! I simply felt obliged to warn others to avoid such unpleasant and perhaps even dishonest treatment.

March 25,2014 I ordered a 5.5 Rain Shower Head item#ML0121. In just a couple of days the item was delivered. Unfortunately I had had a "Senior Moment" when I placed the order and instead of ordering the Finish in polished brass I indicated Oil Rubbed Bronze. I emailed the company which is in Richardson, TX and said I had to go to Dallas the following week and could I bring it to them to exchange. They replied no I had to mail it back but they would process it as SWP and send the correct item out the next day. They did and the product works wonderfully well. I would recommend this company and their products very highly.

Just recieved my credit card bill and was billed the next day.One month later and they will not call back or email.

Same happened with me! I bought a shower head which turned out to be like a tub faucet! Got an RMA number to return it, paid more money to return it and never got a refund! They never answered repeated emails, found a phone number which is just an answering machine, never got a call back.
Buy from this company at your own risk!

I ordered 4 items from this company. Returned three items. Got an RMA number and returned the items. Received delivery confirmation the items were returned. Sent the company 3 follow-up notices. No response. Process has occurred since June 2011. Service is very poor. No phone number. Stay away!

I bought a showerhead which didn't work out for me, for $65. I got an RMA number from the company to return it, sent it back in perfect condition, and have never gotten my refund (guaranteed by their site) nor will they answer any emails. They have no phone number or other way to contact them; their snail mail is a PO Box. They're rip-off artists!
