Rayon crinkle dresses arrived quickly, opened package to find they were what I expected, have been looking for this type of dress for several years. Everything seemed great until after laundering. One the the three dresses purchased had an area at the back near the label where it was unsewn, it had been sewn too close the the edge and pulled apart. I think it was manufacture problem. I hand stitched to repair, but this is something that should have been caught at the factory.

I ordered the wrong size shirt originally. I was advised to order a new one in the correct size, and then send the original order back for a refund (by the way I got the original order in just two days after making my purchase). I needed to do this because I needed it item quickly. Two days later I had the new shirt in the correct size and it looks great on my husband. As for my refund it was given back about four days after I ordered the new shirt. FAST SERVICE on everything. So VERY happy! :D

I was surprised at how quickly my order came. Usually when I order things online, it can take over a week and sometimes 2 weeks to get the items. My order was complete and came very quickly. The product was excellent. I was disappointed in product selection however. It seems like in the past there was more product to choose from. I had planned to get lotions and a few more things but didn't find anything I could buy except one lotion selection I wasn't interested in. As I said, the product I ordered was very good and I am very happy with it.

I purchased a quilted Hawaiian Flag wall hanging. We were on Oahu when I ordered it. We were going over to Molokai from Oahu. The representative I spoke to arranged to have it shipped over to Molokai (I learned later she even phoned the Time Share Manager to ensure she had the correct address from me & to verify the zip code, to ensure there would be no mix-ups). When we arrived in Molokai less than a week later, my parcel was there at our Time Share office! What great old fashioned service (in a world of self-serve). We just love Hilo Hattie! I do not feel your quality or selection is what it used to be. I have been buying your mumu's, long and short, for years. I have ordered them from you and picked them up at your stores in Hawaii. I can no longer get a long mumu unless it has ruffles, and I don't like ruffles. I have always bought x-large and now the x-large is not as loose as before. Did you cut down the amount of fabric that you use? It seems like that is the case.

What a great way to get what I want when in between trips. I love my little Hawaiian sandals.
