Their size chart was totally off. Nothing I ordered fit. The swimsuit, which has no returns allowed, seems like it would fit a small child's torso. And it took over two months to get to me. I ordered these clothes for my honeymoon. And ended up having to shop somewhere else. Now to return, they wouldn't give me a return address, instead kept bargaining with me on the amount they were going to return me. Just a pathetic experience. This is why I support USA made and clothes that I can try on
Was given fraudulent tracking information when I placed my order. When it was 'delivered' to the wrong address (completely different Province), the courier service informed me the tracking information belonged to someone else entirely and that this was a common scam where companies will give you incorrect tracking info so by the time you finally inquire/try to dispute the charge, its too late. Their customer service also does not reply. Dont order from them.

I loved these dresses and have bought 3 times previously. Kate sent me an email promising delivery but it never arrived. $241 usd. The thing is I would have kept ordering as I loved my dresses. I am extremely dissapointed and don't understand why she won't reply. I got sent a message that items were being sent a month ago... but according to my app. The package has never been collected... why send me that? Torture! I don't want a refund just the dresses.
Supposedly delivered on December 6, with tracking information and everything but we all know that can be manufactured. In January I had tried to reach company by email, no response. Had to file complaint via PayPal to get response. They told me to contact the shipping company. So very poor service overall, I'm pretty sure I won't be getting my dress or my money. I had the worst experience. We bought a beautiful dress and received something absolutelly different.

Dont buy. Shipping policies doesnt count when they make the mistake. So if they ship the product wrong you will have to pay for their mistake.

I ordered two items on the 19/12/2020 and have not yet received my order. Although it is an international delivery, I have had no response to any of my three emails asking for an update on my shipment. I can understand shipment delays due to COVID but there is no excuse for such poor customer service.
I bought a dress really expensive almost a month ago and I sent three emails about my shipping, but they never respond.
I was so excited about it, I am gonna wait a little more, but my hope is gone.

I ordered a dress for my cousin's wedding in April and her wedding is going to be tie dye themed so I liked the dress on the website because it said it tie dyes good. Well I made my order on January 14th and its February 17th. I have gotten no response from any of the emails or notes you can leave on the website. I have read some of the reviews on here and they're all the same the same person Kate said she will do better and respond to the email but its the same problem and no fixing it. Now I have to make the decision to wait for a reply or cancel the order and start all over looking for a dress in 2 months. I ordered a dress back in August 2022, I got an email sometime after to say it had been delivered ( I live in Ireland) of course I never received the dress and when I checked the tracking it had been delivered to ITALY! I complained and after many an email they informed me that they would post it again! And yet again I never received it. After about 20 emails of complaint they eventually said they would post for a 3rd time...its now 3rd March 2023 and to this day I have not received my dress that I paid for... SCAM WEBSITE!
Never got email and email is bogus I tried reaching out but came back not a true emails. Them charged and delivered somewhere in houston.i do not nor have i ever lived there

After that email you will hear nothing, no shipping documentation and you will not receive your items. Like others in this review feed I am in communication with PayPal to hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your time or money on this illegal and fraudulent business.

Although it is an international delivery, I tryied to cancel my order and request a refund but the answer is always the same, "Order delivery time mayneed longer than normal in some area, please try to follow the status by the link provided". This is not a answer for my cancelation/refund request.

I placed a $263 order over two weeks ago. I haven't gotten anything from them. I have sent now 12 emails requesting the status of my order. I got one response from someone named Kate that said on May 7th that my arrival time was 4-5 days. Well it's been seven days since that email and I have no order. And not one response to 12 emails! I think my $263 has been stolen. I'll be contacting paypal about this company in the morning to get my money back. I'm sad about this because I really wanted the dresses I ordered.

I tried very hard to give your company every opportunity to reach out to me making my purchase through your company, your company will remain on this site because of the honesty that needs to be viewed by customers. You nor your company complied with my request for pockets in the mentioned merchandise, the items weren't the lenth nor color agreed. Someone from Hippeboho text me confirming my accommodations would be meet in February 2017 now you're reaching out to me in June 2017? Everything you texted me were Lies! Your company doesn't deserve good ratings because of the poor service, delayed responses and delivery. People need to know the truth about any company that does Bad Business. I went through several attempts, emails, then as a last resolution PayPal. Shameful just shameful. Now you requested on my personal email pictures & asking me to return merchandise that didn't fit, was the wrong color and to delete a true & honest review. I was apprehensive ordering internationally especially for plus size. I went by their size chart. Two out of six dresses fit. Be very careful of the style you select! If it has elastic throughout chest your ok. If it straight material order a larger size or two. All three of my Maxi dresses are way shorter then expected and arm holes extremely tight! THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT!
However customer service is horrible. I've haven't had any response to any of my emails which is the only way to contact this company. I went ahead and made a $367 order ONLY because on the website its says Refunds no problem within 3 days. I tried to email them this is the part that it's very misleading. Well they honor the return for a refund if it's dated and time stamped within three days received, through carrier or postal service? There is no way that it could possibly be returned/ received within three days when it's being shipped internationally!? I made my order on January 4,2020 and I received it on January 20,2020
Since the company did not respond to my emails, if I just took my chances and sent them I didn't want to be stuck with a payment and no merchandise! So I went to a Tailor and it's gonna cost me $40 for each piece to have them tailored to fit me properly because the Quality is so good! So each piece is costing me almost double of what I paid! Im so sad and feel robbed... if you could get the correct size you're good because the quality is beautiful!

- If you didn't receive your order within 23-30 days. You can contact me.
- Size: Please select your size exactly from the size chart. It will be fit perfectly because it is flexible more than 10 inches.
- Lately Case: If fabric color is out of stock, It need time around 1 week. Somecase maybe late to 2 weeks. However, I will be contact you that you want to wait or change color.
- Paypal Case: However, Paypal is the confidence of you to guarantee you will receive your order. If not you will get full refund. Paypal case have been closed. Its mean all order was cleared
