FYI I ordered several t-shirts size Large and they're so small that my 10 yr old grandma can wear them. So upset! Sent several messages to try to return the t-shirts and nothing. Please advice if anyone has been able to get thru to anyone. There's no customer service no's. No return labels with the order either!

This company stole my money. I bought two items and both where terrible quality so I tried to return it and the returned package was sent back to me and said the address I mailed it to didn't exist. This address is on the website and was given to me by the owner. I tried to dispute it via PayPal but I let the time lapse since I thought I returned it… the owner refused to let me return it pretty much. She just said she has been sick and it's not her problem. Never again. This company is trash

I placed an order for a bathing suit. I never received a shipment confirmation and after several days I attempted to reach the company to cancel. I called several times and left two messages. I also left an email and waited a week and I still have not received a response. I just called my bank to cancel through their end. I would rate this company a zero but that isn't an option.

Be ware! I ordered multiple T-shirts from this company and the women's mediums look more like children's clothes. Obviously cannot use them. In addition there were several twin size quilts that look like they were made for a doll bed as well as very poor quality. Unfortunately there is no way to get anyone on the phone or contact them by email as there are none published. Should've checked this out ahead of time as other people have had similar experiences. They make it totally impossible to return the items for a refund. Not a happy customer!

My experience is basically the same as Gerald L. I ordered two shirts, but made a mistake and ordered two small instead of one small and one larger. I sent an email from the form page explaining and tried to modify the order. It didn't work. I placed my order on Saturday, and opened a chat Monday. Was told there was nothing they could do, it was "to late. They don't care about their customer. After searching the web, I believe they operate under several different names. Be Ware. Just FYI. I haven't received my order.

I went there cyber week to order a shirt. After I ordered the shirt I noticed that the discount for cyber week did not show up. Many times it happens at check out but not with this order. I followed the email link to the order (5 Minutes after ordering it) and hit cancel the order. Nothing said anything went wrong. I reordered the shirt and this time the discount worked. (10 minutes after the first order). I sent an email from their form page letting them know I reordered the shirt and only needed one. 3 days later they said it was to late now even though I did all this in less than a half hour from the first order. They said there is nothing they can do. I asked to at least offer me the discount I deserve since they can see that both orders were placed in less than 15 minutes. They replied that they don't offer discounts after the purchase. I tried to be reasonable but they just don't care about customers. They will send you an order confirmation email stating that you can cancel or modify the order but it will not work. Dont waste time reporting this to customer service because they will tell you it is to late now. Be warned! They have the dates and time stamps and know they are at fault but only focus on making as much money as they can.
