My fiancé and I are in our late, 20's professional people. We practice Femdom sometimes in our relationship where she has me dress as woman. She has bought many things for me to wear from hips and curves, tho slight in build I'm male but the plus sizes fit me perfect. I have since signed up made purchases for her and at her orders myself. Shipping fast. The lingerie, is very well made and priced great! Will definitely keep shopping there in the future! Highly recommend, as does she.

I ordered weeks ago and due to an error on their end, the parcel was returned to the warehouse. No one informed me, I had to track the order myself and file a complaint. I still have not received this order and, in the meantime, one of the items sold out and they then offered me a gift card which has also not been received. Apparently they didn't just simply correct the package and resend. They added it back to inventory, sold my stuff and now can not replace it... lol Piss poor service. Avoid!

Incorrect size charts, return policy on underwear (ew.) customer service takes forever and asks you to do stupid things, if you live in another country you will pay DUTIES. $50 duties on $100 of items.
In fact, they were out of stock of items I had, didn't email me, just shipped. So now I have panties with no matching bra. But wait, there's more, they didn't remove the items that I didn't receive from my packing slip, so I paid duties on an item I never received yay!
Avoid, some of their stuff is nice but it's not worth it at all.

I ordered 3 weeks before Valentine's Day hoping it would be on time. Surprisingly it was but I was extremely unhappy with the purchase. I went a size up then what I normally wear from lane Bryant and the Bottom wear to small and the top was to big... the world says plus size is unattractive and when make purchases that already have ridiculous sizes just to shame women more and they don't fit, it can really deflat a person.

I used to purchase from them years ago and never had any issues. Now there is NO customer service. If you call. Straight to voice mail, no one returns calls. Items are always out of stock.

I got charged twice on a $306 order. I was charged the whole amount twice because they originally missed 5 items on my order when they shipped it. So when they shipped the remaining items they charged me again. So I tried to get ahold of customer service to help resolve this issue. I spent 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone through the live chat and I had 5 different "people" enter the chat and then leave immediately. I tried calling the customer service number and had to call 3 separate times to finally get ahold of someone. The first 2 times I had called I was waiting on the phone for 15 mins before the automated voice told me the phone line had been disconnected. Can't even say what the products are like because I haven't even received them but this experience has left a sore taste in my mouth and I'm not even excited to get the items anymore. Never buying from here again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. I've had nothing but issues and a horrible experience since I clicked submit payment!

Been 2 weeks and I still haven't seen any of my products. I live in the U.S and based on the not helpful tracking number that states they still haven't even received the package, this shop is located in Texas, United States.

I ordered and the items took forever to arrive. A couple items fit and looked great. However, the teddy was sown incorrectly and looked awful. I called. I took pictures. I returned it with all of its tags plus a note explaining what happened in case my item wasn't associated with my complaint. I was told it would be a couple weeks, but I never did get that refund. I tried calling and got the run around. I feel cheated and lied to. So if you order, I hope it fits and was constructed correctly.

I ordered my items, and same as others, they took forever to arrive. When it did, bra didn't fit. I know, never again will I be unsure of bra size with online purchase. Anyways, went through MANY hoops to return it. Sent pictures of it. They asked about tags not being on product but there never was any tags. Now I don't get my refund BUT I get store credit to a crappy business. Oh joy! So now that I've been a victim to THEIR FAULTY OPERATION, I'm stuck with a $60 bra that might fit my daughter in 10 years. (There really is a bright side to every situation)
So stay away, there's better companies out there that will actually answer their phone when you call them. Other companies will also send things promptly. AND other companies will accept returns no matter what because why? They care about customer service. As a professional, customer service is my #1 priority so it really infuriates me when another business, much larger then my own, has no care to even attempt good customer care. I pray people read reviews before ordering.

These people have the worst customer service team, and it is their policy to avoid giving refunds at all costs. According to them once it leaves their warehouse, they aren't liable. UPS lost my package and getting them to file a claim (which only the seller can do) was like pulling teeth. In the meantime they kept pushing me to take a gift card for the items even though I bought them in February during a sale and couldn't replace the items with the store credit. After a month of talking to a wall I filed a PayPal dispute. My items were magically found and shipped to me in April. Apparently they didn't have the courier return to seller and refund me like every other reputable company out there. I received a preopened, duct tape covered parcel with tire marks on it. Preopened lingerie! The price is not worth the headache of this completely unprofessional company.

I made an order with expedited shipping. I never received my order, or a follow up phone call from the company. The day I called a rep hung up on me before I could get my order number. I will never order from them again.

Despite the website indicating items shipping within days of ordering, my items were only shipped when I requested the order be cancelled. Within an hours of receiving an email of acknowledging my request to cancel, I received an email with shipping information. Over the course of the 3 weeks I reached out mulitple times was always told i would recieve an answer within 24-48 hours. To this day no one has ever followed up. At one point i inquired about a price adjustment as prices had dropped while i waited. Looking back i should have canceled my order then and just reordered. The last up date i recieved about the price adjustment is that prices have gone back up so there is nothing to adjust, thankfully i took screenshots of the prices when I reached out. I still have not heard back. Highly recommend not shopping here and I'm planning to avoided city chic as well as they were bought out by the company and since then the service has gone down drastically.

DO NOT order from here, this was the biggest waste of my time. I place an order because I had a photoshoot and I made sure to place it early enough. I placed it three weeks before my shoot because shipping says 7-14 business days. I placed the order on March 11th, I called on March 19th because it hadn't said it was shipped yet. The customer service person (who I had to call at least a dozen times to get anything other than a voicemail because I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back 4 days prior) said I would receive my package by March 25th. I never received it and so I called March 26th (after 5 calls, I finally got through) and she said that it had not yet shipped but she would put in a request to the highest person at the warehouse but it would take 24-48 hours which would make it Monday and I need the package by Tuesday. I just had to cancel my order, so if you have plenty of time to wait and don't plan on needing to speak to customer service go ahead and order. But don't believe their lie of 7-14 business days on shipping and customer service is a joke.

Very happy with the products but the duty and customs fees where way way over the top
Absolutely not worth 55 dollars custom fees for a 75 dollar package. And 60. Dollars for a 117.00 package.
Never never again.

I will never order from here again. I ordered in Feb. Its March still no order. Every time I track the package it gives me a different delivery Date WTH. Never Again I should have read the reviews first!

Truly terrible black Friday experience. I order on Friday. Still no movement on the following Tuesday/Wednesday. Talk to support and they say it should be shipped that day. Great! Order finally arrives... oh wait. It's missing the good half of my order (the ones you are super excited about). Talk to support again. Order was back ordered and due to a "glitch" i was not only NOT notified about an issue with my order but it also just cancelled it instead of processing the items when they are back in stock.

Don't worry guys. If you are upset that you've been yanked around and have to jump through more hoops for your order and wait an additional 2-4 weeks, they'll give you free shipping.

Not worth near the irritation that I've felt and continue to feel from this company.

Previously ordered a corset and dress. Tried on Skirts, Measurements on site didn't help. They were way too big. So I returned both skirts. Returns are supposed to be processed in 10 days. Come day 13 - I have to contact support to get a refund. (refund minus a shipping return fee, nothing (not even a discount) for the additional days I have to wait for it to be refunded) I will not ordering clothes from them again. Clothes feel costume-esque. Not worth the high price.

I ordered from this company years ago and never had any issues. So I ordered from them again this year, but got a totally different experience. First, my order got delayed by several weeks due to the bad winter storm in TX (where they are located). I was understanding about the delays (COVID and that storm slowed down a lot of businesses) and appreciative when I received a response to my email inquiry about when I would get my order. When I finally received my order, 5 out of 7 items were correct and very nice... the only problem is that two of the pj sets arrived in a size 4x instead of the 3x that I ordered. I emailed, and called and left a message on the customer service message line. No response. After waiting another week after my 2nd email, I used the online chat service, which at first seemed like a bot responding. The rep kept saying that the sku numbers pulled up the size 3x (22/24), even though the product label and tags both say 26/28 (which is a 4x, not a 3x). I bought these on sale and the rep said only one of the sets was available in the smaller size. I could return the items and repurchase them. Ridiculous! This was not my mistake, it was theirs. They said they don't have any provision for exchange, even in this situation. So rather than sending them back and having to deal with the run around again... I just kept them. It would cost more money to repurchase them too. I will not be ordering from this company again or the associated company The Avenue. Ridiculous!

Tip for consumers:
You’re taking a chance...if they mess up your order, you will lose out on time and money.

I ordered 4 items on May 3.2 of the items were bras and the good sizes. For the other 2 items, I used the size guide on their website (clicked the link on each individual item) and their size guide indicated XL as being a size 14-16. They sent me a size XL-size 22 for the bandage bustier and a size 5XL for the robe. When I explained the situation to them by email and left a phone message (which they never returned), they said they sent the correct size and that if I want I can pay shipping and return everything but need to pay the return shipping but they wouldn't offer to send it the right size. For them, they hadn't made a mistake. They offered a store credit for the return shipping I would pay but at this point I don't want to buy anymore from their site and I don't trust them, especially since I'm careful about reading size charts when I buy online.

This is not my first time buying from them, but first after COVID.

Tip for consumers:
I wouldn't trust them enough to buy from them again and I don't recommend buying from them.
Or email them directly to double verify the size.

Had to pay over $50 in duties becausde they are too cheap to pay it for us or include it in the price. Had i kjnoiwn a couple things from here would go from $170 to over $220 I never would have ordered it in the first place.

Ordered my first corset ever from this site and I absolutely LOVE IT! I have always thought they were for smaller sized women but I was oh so wrong, I have never felt so sexy in lingerie! Also ordered an oversized-sleep shirt and it it sooooo comfortable. I definitely recommend this site!

Found this company online while looking for plus size lingerie and all four items I ordered looked like the pics online and the sizes were right on. Usually you order lingerie and it's made to fit a 5 year old! I was very pleased with everything I received.

This is the best place that I have found for a plus size person like me to get sexy lingerie that looks good. And the bra's they have are just wonderful. I'm a 44C and that's a hard size to find in something that dose not look like your great grandmother would ware. I will continue to shop here. Love this place. :)

Love this site! They have plus size corsets and lingerie. Their items are well made and gorgeous! They also sell shapewear, which I really like. The shapewear really makes a difference when worn under a dress or other clothes. I couldnt live without it. This site is a life changer.
