This is a cheating company, I bought the product above to try to enhance a Ring video, but it did nothing, no change in quality, unable to identify the person, you will never differentiate between the original and the enhanced. In the trial period, they offered 30% off a product that I paid $99 for and it did not work, we went back a forward, and they never offered a full refund. Please don't waste your money or your time. The Ai video upscaling in this app is amazing, great options and fantastic output. Customer service goes above and beyond to solve any issues you may have. I've had no software issues, but they quickly corrected an issue with licensing caused on my end, but they solved it quickly and got me back up and running right away.

This automatic renewal occurs without prior notification to the customer, depriving them of the opportunity to decide whether to renew or not. I initially subscribed to their service for one month to use one of their programs. However, I was surprised to find that my subscription was automatically renewed for $73 the following month without my consent.

Upon contacting HitPaw to cancel the subscription, as I did not want it and had not used their program, HitPaw refused my request. They cited their Rules and Conditions, stating that they do not accept this reason for issuing a refund. Essentially, this indicates that if you fail to cancel your previous subscription, HitPaw will exploit this to its advantage and take your money against your wishes.

This conduct is unacceptable for any reputable company. The foundation of providing any service should be based on customer acceptance and satisfaction. I caution you against doing business with HitPaw, given their manipulative tactics.

I purchased a life time licence for hitpaw as I download current videos often for my leadership preparation courses for future leaders. When I had to upgrade my device I was informed that it was not possible for any upgrades but if I gave a 5 star review they would send me a new licence. This is dishonest, non practical and an unethical way to do business. I will not be using them again. This very review asks me to confirm that I was in no way offered an incentive to write this review, I was very much offered an incentive to write a 5 star one, I hope the real one shows others what will happen unless your current device lasts forever.

I recently used a camera and didn't have time to properly check its focus capabilities. I had high hopes that the software could sharpen the image, as AI has come so far in the last couple of years. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the results I was hoping for. I am sure for other problems the software can help others in different situations.
