According to Hollisterco, they are not related. They charged me plus 15 euros and they sent me the wrong items. When i point out their mistake, they proposed to keep the items i received because they are their best sellers and of better quality (not)...
Although the tracking No indicates that the parcel (AM*******CN) was delivered on the 14/11/23, I have received nothing. I dont know to whom they delivered it, but no one received it to the adress I gave them.
I have sent them 3 emails so far (the only contact available), but I have received no answer til today 28/11/23.
I dont know what else to do to contact them...!
