I just wanted to say that I have just found out about this machine and wanted to look at some reviews on it before my purchase. Sad to say every review on here is about how quickly they received their order or how nice the rep was. People want a review to be about how your health changed. What were the health benefits for you. Don't write a review unless you have given this time to work. This doesn't convince anyone to purchase this machine at all.

This machine, just within a few days, is doing wonders in my body. I would recommend this machine to anyone who cares about their health. I'd also love to compliment Greg, The H-Man - his love for humanity is very exciting and comforting. Knowing there's still great people on earth that truly care about others, is refreshing and uplifting. Thank you.

I'm in Australia, and was very excited to get my holy hydrogen today. When I went to plug it in however, I realised that the ac adaptor isn't designed for the Australian socket.

And there are no plug in attachments included, which means I can't get it to work. I even dismantled my fancy soda stream (which has a detachable adapter but has to be pulled apart to access it) and tried it.

That didn't work either. I just see one green light go on, and that's it. For such a high ticket item, (quite expensive) you'd expect it to come with all three adapters that you can choose from, according to your country, so you can get it started straight away.

Edit: a couple of hours later, I also realised that the head set is missing. This is unbelievable…and unacceptable!

I'm going to have to now send them an email, (edit: and another for the non existent head set) and take it from there, but I'm disappointed, as I'm already time poor as it is.

After watching the presentation on the net and having many physical ailments I decided to take one more gamble and ordered the H machine as it sounded promising. Although it cost about $3200 Canadian, the service was prompt and without incident. So far I'm on the third day of use and the 2 things that leave me guessing is l didn't find a diaphragm in the pitcher and holding the button in for 3-4 secs. As per instructions for standby and off are not necessary.

Called the office with questions on care and maintenance on my Lourdes Hydrofix as to when I needed to purchase a new filter. Spoke to a very nice and helpful Frank. He even set up the order so I could pay for the item a few days in advance when my paycheck dropped into my account. Frank made my purchase so convenient which I appreciate very much. I had negative symptoms using this holy hydrogen water. My skin became so dehydrated that a fold of skin would almost stick together. I drank adequate lemon water in addition to hydrogen water. Skin leathery and very dry. Stopped HH. Skin returned to normal hydration within 3 days. Big question: What was happening to internal organs. The only thing that I can think is the my PH was altered. But how?
Something other than hydrogen was made? Contacted HH. Frank did call. Had bad connection. He sent email. I sent full letter via email asking for evaluation and possible repair. Sent follow-up emails. Never heard from him again. My only conclusion is that this is a scam. I can't add a copy of my receipt as I not receive a receipt by email or in delivery box. All I have is my credit card statement and bank check where I paid the cc

From the ordering process to delivery of my Holy Hydrogen, was truly amazing. The product itself has already improved our health. I highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to improve their health. The unit is made from only the highest quality materials and they deliver what they promised.

I love my new machine and am excited to think I can expect it to help my health in numerous ways. Even now when I breathe in the hydrogen gas it relieves my headache! This is edited because first I got mixed up about which company I was reviewing. The product from the other company has not been helping so clearly I was not giving a good review. I'm so glad I finally was able to log in and edit this.

I have heard of the benefits of hydrogen water a few years ago and planned eventually to purchase. I purchased sooner than i thought amd feel this will be a great benefit to not only me, but for friends and family that are even now curious as to me making this decision. Cant wait to see what transpires. I only received my hydro machine yesterday and have apready put it to use. So far i am impressed with how fast my order was placed and feel the company has good integrity.

Excellent product. I have heard the benefits of the holy hydrogen from my friends and when I bought it, I can't be more happy that I got it in my home now!

Utmost respect for Holy Hydrogen. Great company, great customer service. Although I have not had much time with my hydrogen machine I am very happy with it so far. Im glad I bought it and I know if I need support it is there for me. I look forward to learning more, seeing results and sharing them with you.

I rcvd my H2bag and filter today. The filter was in its little box but bc there was no packing material to protect the shipment, the filter was loose and rattled around inside the box like a pin ball. It easily could be damaged. Perhaps that even damaged the bag if there was rough treatment involved. I am not comfortable accepting these items and will be asking for assistance.

Product was shipped within a day of being ordered and I had it two days later. Also, the instruction manual was emailed to me right after my order was placed, which was great to get that in advance and in English. Only had machine a few days, but so far so good. Definitely read the "whole" instruction manual as there is a lot to know so you don't accidentally damage your machine.

It's hard to believe that something like this exists and that the medical world doesn't know about it. This machine has been such a blessing and a life saver. Words can't explain, it has helped improve my health dramatically! So thankful for this company and machine.

Well built, sturdy pitcher construction, consistent hydrogen nano bubbles. We have used the Lourdes Hydrofix almost one year. April 2021 will be our one year anniversary! We love it!

Loving the Hydrogen, trying to tell others how great it is. Has helped me alot! When I was first diagnoised with congested heart failure, I didn't know what it was. My projection at that time was around 25-30. Now I'm at a high 68 and feeling great! Doctors are telling me "Whatever you're doing keep doing it" I have also introduced it to my grandson who has ADHD and ODD.

I love my Lourdes Hydrofix. Bought it in 2019 and had no problem until recently. I unknowingly got the prongs wet which caused the machine to stop working properly. Frank was very concerned and helpful. I shipped my machine to them and it was quickly repaired, observed for proper functioning and returned! Frank has answered many questions for me with kindness, patience and knowledge! I would not hesitate to buy from Holy Hydrogen again, nor to recommend them to others! THANK YOU, Frank!

This is an update to my previous review regarding Holy Hydrogen returning calls. They have yet to respond to further calls on my part and at this point I will not consider buying a $2500.00 machine when I know they have absolutly no customer service and will ignore any phone calls they receive either before or after the purchase of their machine. My guess is this a home based business with no office or staffing. Why would anyone buy a product at this price with no support? This appears to be a company preying on other peoples hopes of a solution to their personal health issues, "This is just a personal opinion based on my experience so far with this company".

I expected some delays due to my ordering from abroad and possible issues with customs but the item actually arrived quicker than expected and before Christmas which was a bonus. The device itself is top notch. Sleek, easy to install and works well. I have hydrogenated water on tap throughout the day and feel better for it. It is a bit pricey but an excellent investment if you want to take your health and wellbeing to the next level. It's only been a week but I have already noticed some changes (sharper mind, more energy, no cravings). So all in all very impressed with Holy Hydrogen and would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough kind words about Holy Hydrogen! From my purchase throughout the past months they have patiently and kindly answered my questions and followed up to be sure my machine was working as it should. When I had a problem, (which was my own careless fault) they immediately took care of it. I mailed them my machine and after making certain it worked correctly they returned it to me!
I would unequivocally recommend Holy Hydrogen to anyone looking to improve their health! Their Hydrogen machine Is manufactured in Japan and is the highest quality available in the world! Don't take my word for it... do your homework.
