“Product NOT Rec'd - wouldn't respond to calls & emails”

Placed an order and was charged - no delivery of correspondence for over a month. I triued to call & email but rec'd no response. I entered a case via PayPal and after a period of time was able to escalate it. PayPal finally refunded my payment - but still no communication from Home BST. I will NOT use them again and would advise others to do the same.

Just like the others, I ordered something from them and after 2 weeks, tried to contact them for an update. No response after 3 e-mails and phone number goes to some answering machine... Appears to be a sketchy business.

Ordered and paid but had not received items or a tracking number after 2 weeks, so I emailed and called Home BS(T). Their phone number goes directly to voicemail. I left a message. No response by either email or phone after 5 days, so I initiated a claim with PayPal. They were able to force Home BS(T) to issue a full refund, three weeks after my order. No communication at all from Home BS(T) other than an automated email telling me about the refund (PayPal had already notified me the day before).

If you'd like to email the owner of Home BS(T) directly (say, because, oh I don't know, maybe you haven't gotten something you ordered), here is the owner's personal email that I got during proceedings with PayPal:

Had to ask my credit card company to force a refund after waiting for about a month for my order, DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
