After waiting almost 5 weeks to get an estimate on my leaky chimney they send me a guy with a terrible attitude. He arrives, climbs on my roof without knocking on my door when I specifically told the scheduler that I would be home. He then starts stomping on the roof and when I went out to confront him the attitude kicks in and he says "well do you want an estimate or not". I told him to get off the roof and leave. When I contacted Management at company it seemed like they could care less. Not one apology. Very Unprofessional.
