Lota of great smelling lotions and though i kinda dont like the ingredients it does indeed make my skin feel softer

This item arrived broken. The water leaked all over my floor. Zero customer support. I ended up returning it for my money back.

If you like like fountains for relaxation and other medical devices this is the company they really make good things with a modern touch

Avoid this brand as all costs!
If you have a warranty claim, they give you the run-around. Asking for the same information repeatedly.
It has been 5 MONTHS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!
It is blatantly obvious they have zero intention of honoring their warranty.

I have an older unit and when I asked for parts they said they didn't make that model anymore. So... who really cares? Not Homedics. I would not purchase another product from them! Good rpoduct -perhaps but really bad customer care. Thumbs down on them.

I really love their some spa products. I purchased a foot spa kit from them and it lasted me over 10 years and it's still actually working. Can you believe that?
