This company has a lot of great options at better prices than other online retailers... that is where everything ends. -I compared the piece of furniture that I ordered compared to 3 other online retailers they had a far better price by like 400$ -The ordering was easy online. -They NEVER send a tracking number (however they do take your money right away-no issues there)-I call and call and they always just say they are waiting for the manufacturer to send it to them... and you wait, and wait... and then you never receive it. They did tell me they would contact me as soon as the table shipped... let me just say this I received the table and I never heard from this horrible company again (never received any other contact of any sort). -When you do call the customer service people are RUDE and clearly are here to school you not to actually help you. -They say that they have free shipping on most of their merchandise-well evidently it is for the cheap stuff not for any nice items... the excuse is... oh it needs to be brought on a large truck... when they came to my house it was in this weird little conversion cargo van... the warehouse of manufacturer of this table is actually 20 minutes from my house and the shipping still cost $200.00 (you see your savings your originally received slowly floating away). -If I could go back in time I would have never purchased my furniture from this company-Order from this company only if you do not want any customer service and you don't care when or if your stuff ever comes.
Seeing as calling, texting and emailing is not working, I am going through any means to have this company contact me. They took my money 3 months ago, and I have yet to receive product. They give you the run around, are making money off of taking customers up front on interest while making them wait months to receive their products - if you ever even receive your product. Don't believe the anticipated shipping estimates because my anticipated was less than a week. It has been 3 months.
