I do understand that low prices mean low quality but if you look at the pictures the difference is not only the quality, they are two totally different garments. I'd rather pay more and get the real deal, now I'm stuck with a piece of clothing I would have never bought or pay any money for it. Shame this company is treating buyers so badly.

Ordered an embroidered knitted jumper which looked absolutely beautiful in the online store photo. I'm sure the real jumper is gorgeous but the badly printed, cheap t-shirt fabric copy' I received is hideous! I am going to ask for a refund which I probably will not get but this company should be held accountable for taking consumers money under false pretences.

Same as everyone else. But don't expect help from PayPal. They said I had to return the 3 items (ordered 8, but only got 3) to China! If cost me $70 to send traceable mail. Because the tracking stopped after entering China, they denied my claim! So I'm out of the $190 that I paid, plus the $70 for return mail!

I ordered a wool cardigan that LOOKED like the beautiful Nordic sweaters I've seen in L. L. Bean and Eddie Bauer catalogs and thought, "What fortune! It's only $27.95!" I waited two months for my sweater to arrive, only to see that it was a PRINTED, cheap Nordic design on polyester. This was NOTHING like what was advertised. I should have read the reviews. Please do not order from this company. It was such a scam, as others have said. Also, the sizes are actually Chinese sizes so they run much smaller. ~Alyse

I finally received my sweater SIX MONTHS after I ordered it and... wow, the photo on the website is a GROSS MISREPRESENTATION of the design, cut, and quality of the piece. Any lawyers about? Class action for false advertisement?

You get what you pay for. The clothing is definitely 'Made in China' variety - cheap cheap fabric, claimed to be a cotton-blend. I'm thinking 1% cotton. Cheesiest material yet (pants and long shirt). Seams and fabric pattern are just stenciled on. The pants look nothing like the advertised picture. Buttons are Gold, they are basically cheap looking polyester tights. Tacky as all get out.
I also ordered four pieces (with a 5-10 day delivery) and to date I've only received two of the four pieces. I paid for Express Shipping, ordered them on Sep. 20! Today is Oct. 29.
Would definitely NOT recommend this clothing.

Bought what I thought was a knitted scarf. It was a fraudulent imitation. Fake tracking number. Didn't get a response until I opened a dispute with PayPal. What I received was a pos!

RIP off, don't order. I ordered a red sweater in cotton after 4 weeks I emailed and they stated it was delayed another 5-8 business days. That they would send me the tracking information when it shipped. I waiting 10 days, emailed to say I wished to cancel. Their reply was it was on it's way, thus no cancelation. Upon its arrival-6 weeks. It is a 100% polyester, cheap elastic, crap. Piece of garbage. Cheap cheap cheap. I may as well have just lit 50bucks US on fire and called it a day.
It will cost me half of that to ship it back and then the fight to try and get a refund. Lesson learned... don't buy from these scammers.

DO NOT waste your money on these horrible clothes. Nothing is as pictured on the website. They must steal pictures of clothing that looks a little like their chinsy, smelly stuff. 3 things I ordered came in about a month and went right into the garbage after I opened the package. Worst clothes ever. SCAM. Hate this place. They need to be shut down.

Everything in the photos posted online, actually bear little or no resemblance to what is received, other than in my case for instance, I got a v neck, sleeved garment with buttons down the front!, the colour in the second photo I have posted is the colour of the garment I received - a bright pillar box red. Clearly woolen items in the photos turn up as very cheap bonded polyester fleece etc, etc. Took over a month for some of the items I ordered to be even dispatched and then they make the return process so complicated, that it's designed to put you off trying. In my opinion, I would never touch these sites with a 10' barge pole, steer well clear.

Do not order from them, there's no way to reach them and basically they stole my money! I ordered two thermal shirts from them and NEVER received them! The sight can't find my tracking number when I register it! Their thief's!

I have lost over forty pouds through this scam. Do not fall for it, The photos are bogus and the items they MAY send will be cheap and very different from their attractive pictures and then they will send you a return label but you must pay for the return and they basically state that refunds are probably not going to happen. GUTTED but WISER!

Dont buy from this site. They are selling cheap imitation items. I thought I was buying a knitted coat. Paid $33.64 USD for it which isnt cheap nor overly expensive. What I received from them today was an imitation print of a knitted garment, badly fitted, thin and nasty! Scandalous!

I ordered $88 worth of clothing. I received one of them and it was complete rubbish, nothing like the picture. I then emailed them 7 x to cancel and refund the others as they had not been shipped yet. I got so many idiotic emails back which didn't mean anything and never got a refund. They just take peoples money and don't care. I wish Instagram would not advertise these types of businesses. In the end I just gave up trying to get a refund and tell everywhere online now how much of a scam they are.

Ditto what others here have written. I thought I was lucky to have snagged it before sold out. What I got was a picture of a "Beautiful sweater" printed on nasty polyester! Will likely shrink to a -00 size when washed. Signed another sucker

This is a scam site. All of their sweater photos have been stolen from handknitter's project photos on Ravelry. Not legit--avoid!

J'ai reçu mon colis après 3 semaines d'attente, rien à voir avec ce que j'avais commandé qui était une veste de belle qualité visiblement sur les photos, là je reçois une infâme écharpe synthétique, immettable et surtout qui ne dois pas valoir plus de 2, contre les 30 que j'ai payé pour la veste. Tout simplement une escroquerie, où batailler pour se faire rembourser sera une perte de temps... fuyez!

I ordered 5 items, took 6 months to get to me and only 1 of my items came. Emailed customer service 8 times and received one response and they blamed the mail with no recovery offer.

Disgusted with this company. I placed and order from a Facebook ad which showed fake pics of sweaters which looked lovely. Luckily I managed to get my money back through PayPal before I was sent an inferior product from China and landed with a huge postage bill which is what people have been reporting. Let's get these scammers shut down.

OMG! Bought 3 pairs of funky cool looking yoga-type pants. Took forever to get, and they are made of nylon and look like a halloween costume. And the "free gloves" that were supposed to come with it, never were included. There clothes are sooooooooo bad that it's not even worth taking them to goodwill. JUST GARBAGE~! Throw in trash! I would give them NO stars if that was an option.

So I was so excited to get a cardigan i saw on Instagram... unfortunately when it got here it was the wrong size and honestly was not what I ordered. Not the item advertised, but a poor copy. It is fleece versus the embroidered sweater as described and shown on the website... Just started the process to get refunded, but judging off the reviews here, I doubt I will be lucky enough to get my money back.

I bought boots from them that took 2 months to get to me. Inquiry after inquiry with no response, you have to email them everything. When they arrived they didn't look anything like the photo and were the size of clown shoes. I contacted them for a return and 4 emails later still only get the same response that someone will contact me within 24 hours. SCAM----RUN!

They advertise on Facebook. Facebook apparently has no problem taking their money even though they know they are committing crimes --WIRE FRAUD among them. Does that mean FB is complicit? Facebook: if HomeGaden does not return my money, I expect you to do so.
