Replacement Sofit and Facia boards and guttering was put up so badly in February this year that it has already begun to fall apart. Instead of 18mm facia board which was promised on the paperwork, we have discovered it is only 6mm, which is too week to hold the guttering. The guttering has been positioned too low and slopes in such a way that water cannot go down the downpipes.The Boards have not been capped so birds are now living in the sofit board space creating a health hazard. Rubbish, offcuts of guttering and screws were left all over our garden both front and back including suspicious bottles of liquids left in our planters. We now believe they 'helped' our fence to completely collapse and offered to fix that at a very high price and made such a bad job of it that it is now the talk of the neighbourhood.

Tip for consumers:
Ben Lee, who is not the Ben Lee of ACE Roofing and Building, is very convincing but pushy and I felt I couldn't say no. I feel such a fool to be taken in by him.
