I hate to say it but Honey Baked Hams are a waste of money. Very expensive and by the time I get 1/2 way thru it….its nothing but hard meat and fat. I don't expect a ham to be spiral sliced 100% of the way but over the years past, the slicing only makes it about 1/2 way. The glaze comes off in chunks and is only good to eat like candy by itself. We end up throwing 1/2 of the ham in the trash along with a 3 pound useless bone.
Today, we got 2 sandwiches for dinner. When we opened the carton, the bun was so small, it didn't cover the meat. It looked like it was leftover from lunch and previously prepared. Before, they always prepared sandwiches as we waited. We also asked for a tub of potato salad and the potatoes weren't fully cooked. We have never been this disappointed with our sandwiches or p. Salad. Previously, they've been excellent and our favorites! We will probably be purchasing elsewhere, unless things change!

Did not know how to copy the receipt for proof of purchase, but it was picked up Wednesday afternoon after 3:00p.m.
I thought it would be nice to sent my family in Florida a Honey Baked Ham to have for Christmas Dinner.
Bad idea... I told my parents that it was to be delivered so they could plan the rest of their Christmas Dinner menu. The ham never arrived! I called Honey Baked Ham Co. To find out where their ham was. The customer server lady said that she had no idea. She could see where I placed the order and that it was to be delivered 12/23, but there was no tracking info. Told me that she could send a replacement in early January! My 81 year old parents had to go out on Christmas Eve to try to buy a ham at the grocery for their Family Dinner. This is not a reliable company to order from. Save yourself the frustration and embarrassment, and about $100 and just buy a ham at Publix.

This is not the company it used to be. No way to follow up on orders previously placed even wx Order #. SIDES and cheesecake samplers are unedible. I threw them all out last time. 2021 Order will be my last. It's the day before I was to get a shipping notice and, again heard nothing. Online system rarely functions and does not have any FIND ORDER feature. Called and was 18th IN LINE. Delivery date now is listed as the "expected" delivery date.
Other than the honey baked ham, the turkey was disgusting and the sides were inedible.
I will never purchased I meal from here. You are much better off with purchasing a ham in the grocery store and cooking it yourself. Very, very disappointed. Never again!
Our ham had a 1/4 inch layer of crystallized sugar on top. We couldn't cut it with this on top because it fell off in chunks.We were very disappointed because the ham was so expensive. It tasted like an ordinary ham from the grocery store. We will never buy another one.
