I made my first purchase at Honeybum after seeing one of the cutest matching sets on Instagram. When I got the clothes shipped to me, I was in love with how soft they were. I thought the quality was perfect. I had a problem with one item and Kyeria at customer service was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process of solving the problem. I will definitely be purchasing from Honeybum again. I just wish they had clothes for plus size girls.

AWFUL! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I placed an order quite a while ago. My package has been stuck in Compton, CA for over a week now. No movement, no updates. I emailed customer service and have yet to hear back. Also, I put in the 30% discount code, so my order came out to 80.46$. However, when I checked my bank statements, they charged my credit card 108$. WHERE THE HELL DID THE SURPLUS OF 28$ COME FROM? What a**holes. I am NEVER buying from them and neither should you.

Be very careful what you buy on this site as a lot of it looks way different in pictures! I also bought a jacket from this site and the moment I put it on one of the strings broke without me doing anything to it. The material is extremely poor and there was a specific pajama set I bought that had a weird smell to it and after washing it hundreds of times the smell is still there. If buying from this website I recommend checking other reviews of the product you want to make sure you don't get tricked. Really disappointed.

Honeybum is literally such a great company and clothing brand. The cutest clothes and really nice quality! Honeybum really took the time in assisting me when one of my order's packages was lost and went missing from the deliverers :( They came to the rescue and helped me through the process of lost items and since I was never able to get those clothes back, they gifted me a gift card of how much money I lost! They are so kind and generous and I'll always be a continued customer of Honeybum! Xoxo -we love our clothing companies that care <3

My daughter purchased an item online, when she received it she did not like the quality of the item and decided to return it. We immediately requested the return on line but received an email saying it was denied. You should be able to return any unused item in a timely manner even if it is just store credit for any reason. We will not be purchasing again on this site.

This site not only has really cute & affordable clothing, but also has A+ customer service. They are incredibly friendly, responsive & go the extra mile to ensure your order goes smoothly. Their customer care representative Kyeria is especially helpful & kind. I've already placed multiple orders with them & will continue to do so

This company is a complete joke. I had a missing item in my order and instead of building trust with a customer and handling the issue they did the exact opposite. They told me to contact usps to file a claim. So pretty much tried to have another entity pay for their mistake. Unbelievable! Never again

So, on 9/15 I placed an order for the pre-order "adore me" set. On the date of the proclaimed pre order date 9/25 I emailed and found the order to be pushed to 10/15.10/15 comes and still nothing. Once again I emailed in regards to my displeasure at having to wait almost 2 months for product.
HOWEVER, customer service was in constant communication at my requests and let me know exactly what was going on. Delays between vender and customer (which DOES happen.)
They offered to either mail a different color in the set, give store credit, and/or provide expedited shipping.
My set arrived today in the color that I had requested under expedited shipping at the company's expense. (Appreciated)
Yes, your order can take a longgggg time. This company seems to be a small company. Probably home based ran by 1-3 girls.
No, they are not scammers. Although the price for the product I received was a tad high for the quality, I am not upset with my purchase. I got what I ordered and it's comfy and cute (total knock off of Kimmy K's sleep wear line which is what the price is about.)
Moral of the story: it's a pandemic and receiving products from other countries is tedious. Be kind and patient and communicate your needs/wants.
This company is willing to accommodate. They are nice.

Very disappointed by their return policy.
First off, all returns are for store credit only, not cash refund.
Second, items that are Sales item cannot be returned, fair enough, but, there is no clear marking indicating that an item is a Sales item, only a small sign saving "SAVE xx%".

This unprofessional or scamers i call them. They have never delivered my good with great amount of money, I been ignored on customer service without any information. Okay cool but I want my money back i have waited for a 6 month. When its crazy world happening I believe its very ugly and unprofessional service! Keep the money tho

One thing for certain 2 things for sure, Ms. Morgan (last name) and Honeybum overall is the best. I placed an order over the holiday and everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I had an item missing item from my order of (3 items) which was actually the matching top to a two piece lounge wear i ordered. I emailed them when I realized it after I notice the way my package was delivered and looked like someone's dog had a field day with it. Ms. Morgan promptly assisted me and reimformed me of their policy, which kind of left me S. O. L BUT Ms. Morgan went above and beyond to help me contact the post office to figure out what happened. Mind you, they took the time review her own shipping process to make sure there was no mistake on their behalf first. They're definitely not obligated to take those extra measures to make sure I was compensated.

Anyway I say all that to say this company and their customer service are some real MVPs. I loved everything else in my order which is a plus. No matter how much your business expands (because it definitely will), please never change the way you guys care about your buyers. Now I'm about to go place another order lol One Love

I've ordered from this site multiple times and I've been happy every single time, I had to order their slippers twice because the sizing on them was quite small. I'm usually a 8/9 and I had to get a size 11 but it's fine, they are beautiful and well made. Anyways, they had a new slipper/sandal come out that was similar so I ordered right away but when I received the monogram wasn't legible at all and I just wasn't happy with them. I emailed them, they were so nice, I knew their return policy was to pay for return shipping so I didn't really want to deal with all that. She asked for photos, I showed the slippers I love next to the new slipper/sandals and then I didn't hear from them for a day so I decided to give them to a friend who doesn't have much. Well, the next day (today) I get an email saying how sorry they are and it's a manufacturer issue and they have processed a refund and included a return label and a 40% off coupon! I immediately explained I gave them away when I didn't hear back right away and I could get them back if I had to or I could send the money back etc. well I get a quick response saying to go ahead and keep the refund and let my friend keep the shoes (they said they'd never want me to have to ask my friend to give back a gifted item) I seriously was almost in tears at the generosity and amazing customer service! The person I spoke with was Kyeria M. (I don't want to give her full name for safety reasons) but seriously I will stay loyal to this company because of that customer service and because I love the items I've got from them. Thank you Honeybum! You guys take great care of your customers!

Tip for consumers:
They always have great sales going on. If you see something you like, purchase it, because they go out of stock quick!!! The slippers I purchased were way tiny sizes. I’m an 8/9 and I had to get a size 11.

Products used:
I’ve made multiple purchases but I’ve used the size 11 slippers, the chain jeans, and I bought two different shirts but I haven’t worn them yet.

I have been buying from Honeybum for a couple months now and I especially love their jeans and cozy wear. The shipping is normal and their customer service has recently got a lot better. You can tell they're stepping it up

Tried this new clothing website once and I'm already disappointed. Ordered clothes for my birthday 2 weeks in advance and the clothes still will arrive after.

Disappointing.

Contacted customer service and they didn't get back with me until the next day. I asked to cancel my order, then less than an hour later, my clothes finally ship.

I will never shop with them again.

I've placed a few orders with Honey Bum and the shipping is always super fast! They have really cute and trendy pieces and the quality is amazing! If you have any questions about size or tracking your order the customer service is always available and super friendly. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon!

I have waited for over 3 months for my clothes, and they keep saying that it is because of corona, but I can't track my order, and in my post office, they say that the tracking number doesn't exist.
Personally I just have a really bad experience with this clothing brand.
