I would leave zero stars if possible. My trip overseas was cancelled and when I tried to cancel my ticket, no one wanted to call me back, the website wanted to take half of my money in fees and I had purchased the travel insurance that stated I would receive a refund if I need to cancel, which is not what the experience is seeming like. I will never use this service again.

I would leave zero stars if possible. My trip overseas was cancelled and when I tried to cancel my ticket, no one wanted to call me back, the website wanted to take half of my money in fees and I had purchased the travel insurance that stated I would receive a refund if I need to cancel, which is not what the experience is seeming like. I will never use this service again.

Specifically what do the following charges cover?

I understand you'd like to receive another $1,059.00 to do your job and you won't even guarantee that that will be your final charge.

Do you begin to understand how ridiculous your process actually is?

Please tell me specifically why you are not honoring any of my original charges, which amount to $2,561.80/2= $1280.90 for the flight to Milan for four passengers.

Include specific breakdown

You really want me to pay $1280.90 & $1,059.00= $2339.90 to get to Milan on the day before I originally scheduled.

A recap, I purchased tickets for September 4th with a 4.5 hour layover on December 27th.

On Jan 17th, I received an email from you regarding a schedule change. The layover was highlighted in YELLOW. It had now changed to 1.5 hours, again fine. I accepted that change.

On the 18th when I received a confirmation from you where the dates had been changed as well, from Sept. 4/5 to Sept 5/6, I began calling your organization. I have called every day since. Today is January 24th. I can travel Sept 3/4, but not 5/6. It will cause about 1000 additional problems.

This company changed my flight and never returned my question. I am passed.They do not answer the phone or the email. Don't buy from them. Buy kayak. Much better service and if they change on you, they will let you contact back. I am loosing 1 day of my vacation because those idiots never answered me.

I recently had an experience with Hop2 that has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. Despite paying almost $2,000 USD for a flight and an additional $150 USD to have it credited as future flight credit, my flight change request has not been addressed despite calling their customer service line repeatedly for the past three weeks and having tried to make the change for the past 15 months. The lack of attention and assistance I received in resolving this issue was deeply disappointing.

The agent named Braxton was assigned to me but was incredibly hard to contact, rude, and even hung up on me during one of our conversations, I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service based on the reviews they have on this platform. Unfortunately, the experience I had fell far short of these expectations. It was frustrating and time-consuming, and I felt undervalued and dissatisfied with their service.

They cancelled my flight due to COVID back in March 2020.

They issued me TRAVEL CREDIT to use before December 31,2021.

I tried to use this "travel credit" but it was just a hoax. There was no travel credit applied to my account, my name, or flight -- and they were unwilling to help at all. Worse - they've been leading me on this whole time about the travel credit (January 2022).

Stay away from this company at all costs -- they will steal your money like they did mine and countless other customers.

My flight was canceled by the airline, but I can't get hop2 to issue me a refund. I can only connect with "customer care" department that is really just a sales department. They insist I need to talk to the "schedule changes" department, but I've sat on hold for over an hour multiple times and can't get through to a human in that department. I also emailed them 7 days ago but haven't received a response. The next step is contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge...

Tip for consumers:
Don't use hop2. If anything goes wrong, like your flight being canceled, you won't be able to get a refund from them.

Their process for evaluating and approaching customers issues is so slow and such a work around. A total scam of a company. I had a flight and wanted to cancel it a few days later but it took them a month to tell me I couldn't refund it. Totally took my money and now I have emails called and messaged them to get this resolved and no one is responding. I know there flights might be cheap but please stay clear of this company.

Wilson is an expert at finding the most affordable tickets. He can combine flights from many carriers in a couple of minutes. I highly suggest you to call hop2 and ask for Wilson's assistance. This might save you money if you're traveling internationally.

Wouldn't recommend! We cancelled flights during the pandemic and received vouchers. However, we were unable to redeem over $1300 of flight vouchers as agents claimed original T&Cs provided in writing were incorrect, so we had to use them on a specific route and didn't know. There was total inconsistency between agents and the information we were provided seemed to change monthly. Ended up being practically ghosted and had to write it off. Perhaps if you book directly and can take your journey it would be fine, but if there's any risk of cancellation/moving flights I would avoid.

My flight was canceled and I was not informed about this. When I checked to book seats I saw that the flight was canceled. I had to be on call for 12 hrs with rude customer care to get my ticket.
Also when I requested a change of flight for the return journey, they said no flights were available over a period of 40 days. Never going to book through hop2 again and would recommend everyone to use the airline website to book tickets.

Booking from the airline site is way more convenient and flexible.

Do not use Hop2. In an attempt to exchange my tickets due to Covid measures, Hop2 ignored time-sensitive requests, hung up when I tried to make exchanges, lied to me regarding the status of my case, and wasted a lot of my time, during which time I could have made a considerable number of other arrangements for cheaper travel.

If I could leave a BIG fat ZERO I would! I purchased a protection plan ($89.95)with my tickets $3200 total... said I can cancel or exchange for a $25 fee... I was trying to cancel 4 days after purchase due to COVID and finally after a very stressful 2 months going back and forth I was forced to accept a return of almost $1300... SO they kept $2000... this is totally unacceptable! The stress was NOT necessary! I will take the loss BUT I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW THIS MERCHANT IS A FRAUD! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

There was a sort of bug on your website, the wrong return date was chosen though I seemed to check everything before checking out. I noticed that only after paying for tickets. Fornutanely tour manager helped me figure everything out. I got my tickets with the right dates and a refund of the extra I'd paid by mistake!

VERY deceitful and dishonest company. Extremely unprofessional. My flight was cancelled due to COVID back in March and I STILL have not received my refund. I get reassurances from each of the team members that: they will get back to me (these are outright lies, all contact is initiated by me), they say they have sent the check TWICE (lies again), it is being handled (8 months later still no check). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! You will regret it, as I do.

If you will book with them you will go trough hell. Ten days before I leave for Italy I booked in May and I still need my tickets. This is worst than a scam. You think you'll save money but no. PLEASE DONT SCHEDULE WITH THEM it will be the worst mistake of your life.

I booked a flight trough them and even payed for trip protection. Now they are fighting me and trying to get out of refunding my money for a cancelled fight. The flight had a layover in a country that was shut down do to covid and no one informed me till i got to the airport. I have spent several hours on the phone mostly trying to get ahold of someone and they keep giving me the run around. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Trying to get help from this site/business is useless! I purchased 2 tickets and insurance through them. We ran into an issue regarding our flight, no error of ours. We were not able to make our flight because of a problem at our second layover. I called to speak to an agent and after 1 hour on hold i hung up. I emailed them explaining what happened. I received a call back 6 hours later informing me that my tickets are non refundable. I told the person that's fine i have insurance to cover my trip. She daid my insurance dosen't cover missed flights and no voucher or credit would be given! I asked why did i spend $177 on insurance then? She explained it was for emergency only? Well this seems like an emergency to me! Waste of time and money! I will tell everybody that i know in the military to stay away from this agency! If you want to deal with people who's first language is not English, and don't give a crap about you or your money then by all means use them. It seems all they are paid to do is say no and then hang-up on you! Complete joke!

I have booked multiple times with Hop2 with no issues. Unfortunately with the COVID crisis, I had to ask to cancel or get a voucher for a future flight from Hop2. The company charged $50 for this even though the airlines do not. They are taking advantage of this crisis and it is unacceptable. Companies should not take advantage of their customers!

Prior to purchase, web site very clearly said tickets on Lufthansa were "Economy Basic." Once purchased Lufthansa web site said they are actually "Economy Lite." Customer Service refused to make this good and issue a 100% refund. I contacted them immediately after the tickets showed up on Lufthansa's web site, but they insist on keeping a $50/ticket proces fee. They are basically refusing to honor the terms if their web site.

This could be simply bad customer service or a simple bait and switch. Either way, they get to keep the "processing fee" while failing to deliver the promised product.

First of all, any positive reviews are definitely from the site and not authentic. Any mentions by name of people who provided a great experience are fake. They all have American names, and the people in the call centers are definitely in India. HOWEVER, most of the people you will speak with in the call centers are really doing their best to help you and are thoughtful and caring. It is not their fault. But their hands are tied. They CANNOT HELP you. My family's flights were completely screwed up at the last minute, we lost a day of our vacation, had to pay for a hotel in a city we never intended on flying through, and I spent hours and hours on the phone attempting to prevent this. We got to the airport and actually had no seats despite the emails and even what the American Airlines app said. And the airlines couldn't even help us because of the way Hop2 handles tickets. Please just pay more and go directly through the airlines and avoid this heartache. It isn't worth it. I've never in my life written a review on travel, but I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.
