“Harassing and discriminating, TERRIBLE service.”

On Monday I dropped my truck off for regular service and that experience was fine. Richard met with me, gave me a loaner and thought my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. Flash forward to Tuesday, I get an email telling me that my vehicle is ready but I am unable to pick it up due to my schedule. Today I went to pick it up and while waiting outside FAR AWAY from anyone (more than 6ft.), a young man came up and offered me a mask and I very politely said "no thank you" he then said "are you sure?" and I said "yes, but thanks for asking". I continue to wait... outside... then someone comes to get me to pay. They said "you can step right inside the door to the cashier" and the cashier is quite literally right inside the door. So I walk in and put my credit card on the counter, there is a GIGANTIC piece of glass separating me and the cashier and then it starts... "Ma'am, you can't be in here without a mask" I said "oh actually I can, it's okay, I'm medically exempt". I had to say that to two people. THEN. THEN. A woman (I couldn't see her face because she was wearing a mask) said LOUDLY "Can you guys please sanitize that entire area as soon as she leaves because she refuses to wear a mask" She said that loudly, in the entrance of the building in-front of numerous people. I turned around and confronted her. I explained that she had absolutely no right to attempt to mask shame me. That she's not allowed to ask my condition due to Hippa and how dare she say something so rude in an attempt to make me feel like a leper. I then asked for the manager. The manager was standing right there and he didn't correct her (she did begrudgingly apologize) he instead decided to attack me too. Telling me I have to wear a face shield. No I don't. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. It IS NOT their place to tell me anything about a mask. They knew I wasn't going to wear a mask inside so why did they invite me in without one? Why didn't they say "For the comfort of the guests inside, would it be okay if we took your card inside for payment while you wait here?" I would have said "Absolutely" and there wouldn't have been a confrontation. My complaint is the way the situation was handled and NOT that they didn't want me inside without a mask. I didn't need to go inside, I would have been happier sitting in my personal vehicle and giving them my card to take inside and run for me me. I'm perfectly reasonable unless someone attacks and/or discriminates. I believe the truth of the matter is that I have a Trump sticker on my vehicle and they decided to discriminate against me once they realized that I was the person who owned that truck. They need to learn their place in the world and be quiet and accommodate people without being rude and discriminatory. The intolerance and disrespect they demonstrated is beyond offensive. Management is a complete disgrace. If they're willing to discriminate against me for this what else are they willing to discriminate against? I will NEVER go back to Communist Hornburg. Never. I already found another dealership that will be accommodating and that was absolutely horrified over what happened to me at Hornburg Service.
