I only received 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. Order was placed in November. It's now nearing the end of January. It's been "pending to ship" for two months. I can only get automated responses that tell me nothing. All other items I ordered arrived just fine, but this really sours the whole experience. If it can happen once, who's to say it won't happen again with an even more expensive item. Disappointed.

Placed an order for three items last july. Customer service is abysmal with no way to contact directly. Refund promised mid december on one of the items though they wouldn't say which one… still not received. Looking at order staus online it shows all three items fulfilled. This has got to be a scam!

Threatening us in email, and posting reviews on third party sites will not speed up this process.

As we previously emailed - as the Thing is on the way to arrive this/next week it will be fulfilled and any remainder will be refunded.

All refunds are processed in the order they were purchased, as we have other refunds ahead of you, they will be refunded once the remainder is sorted and in the order it was purchased.

Ordered sixty dollars worth of stuff TWO YEARS AGO. STILL waiting for a refund. Now they have "decided not to work with the BBB because of 'privacy concerns'?!?

Reddit is FULL of tales of Horrormerch/Shadow Graphics ripping people off. Do your research, folks!

IF YOU STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE, YOU WONT GET INUNDATED WITH BBB COMPLAINTS. Nice move having a PO BOX so people can't show up and get refunds in person. You guys suck.

Like so many others on here, I purchased three items; two of them were pre-orders that they said would be ready in October 2023. October came and went and the pre-ordered items never arrived. I eventually received one of the three items, but the other two haven't shipped. I'm out $50, and it's been eight months. There's no real contact information on their website, and if you fill out the contact form, you get an automatic reply telling you to go to the product page for information. There is no way to check your order status and no way to get help. There's no Facebook account, and comments have been turned off on their Instagram account. Likely from so many people complaining about how bad they are. There's no way to warn people about this company. Now they're saying they can't reply to customers on here because of "customer privacy."
I will take every opportunity to spread the word about how this company will rip you off.

As we have sent in multiple emails, and all of your other reviews, and previous promotional emails... these items have just been restocked and are shipping in the order they were received.

Posting on multiple forums will not speed up your ship times as they are already in progress.

I paid a hefty amount for preorder items in May 2023. These items were not fulfilled. Per the company's 180-day policy, I received an email in November stating that I'd receive a refund. Two months later, no refund and no responses to my emails. I will be registering more complaints about this company until they refund my money. In the meantime, save your money and get your horror fix elsewhere.

As we previously stated that you would be refunded - filing a chargeback overrides the refund as you have already been refunded.

Posting other complaints etc, will not reverse this as you have already been refunded via your chargeback and you can not be refunded twice.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My mom ordered a shirt from this site on December 13th so it's been over two months at this point and she has received nothing. No shipping info, no item, nothing. And the "customer service" is garbage. You can't actually email or reach out to anyone. It has you put in your email and order number and then sends you automated garbage basically saying "it's coming I guess I don't really know". It's insanely unhelpful and frustrating. Did some digging and found out they have comments and messages turned off on Facebook and Instagram because they're scamming so many people they were getting messages they didn't want to deal with. Save your money and shop at terror threads or cavity colors. If my mom never receives this package I will be beyond mad.

All Clothing Items And Drinkware items are Made To Order and directly made for your purchase. As these items are printed at different times, origin print shops and have different license requirements, direct shirt brands will vary. As these items are made directly for your purchase, they will take at least 10-14 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) before they are able to ship. Most designs will ship within this timeframe, but exact shipdates will vary depending on the direct license or origin print shop (within the US) per design.

I pre ordered three figures from them, so I knew it would be a long wait, however I have had a shipping notice (without a tracking number) for over two months with nothing arriving. I have tried to reach out to them & the single non-automated response I received was rather rude. I am really disappointed with this company.

Site is a joke. I made the giant mistake of ordering the mega box last year and it looked likestuff they got off the clearance rack at spirit Halloween. Some face paint, a banner, a shirt, some smalls I don't even remember cause I gave to my friends kids. The thing that really pisses me off was the mask. They sent me trash from "return of the living dead" first off it looks literally nothing like her also no one besides fans of the movie wouldnt even recognize. I'm a fan of the movie, this guy right here, and I didn't even know who I was looking at. I ended up taking everything besides the shirt to a local collectable toy store and ended up walking out with 20$ 🤣. He didn't even want half of what I was trying to sell him I just told
Him to keep it. So why am I just not writing about this and why am I not messaging website itself because I read reviews and their customer service is awful what's the point of even trying to fight with them for a refund they got their money they're done with me I just know to never order from them again. There are smaller companies out there that actually are horror fans that put time into what they put out.

Tip for consumers:
I get it's a mystery box and your not supposed to know what your getting that's the fun but it was like getting socks for Christmas.

Commenting 8 months later on a Return of the Dead themed (and officially licensed) mystery box - which is a mystery box, so what inside is an actual mystery and a roll of the dice that you might like or not - doesn't really count as a review more than a personal preference... if you don't want to take the chance on a mystery box, we recommend purchasing more of what you would directly like instead to not be disappointed.

Also if you received an incorrect size shirt (as you ordered a medium) also waiting 8 months to tell us it was incorrectly sent, more so posting here, will not give us a chance to correct it for you

Ordered a figure from them in March this year, and after numerous delays regarding the figures were in production, was informed weeks ago they were available and shipping. Still waiting, and a check today shows them being out of stock and unavailable. The customer service is via auto reply and totally worthless, with no interaction on their part. So, I'm out the product, out my money and all I hear are crickets. Guess I'll contact my bank to initiate a claim.

They're a terrible company still doing shady business with ridiculous policies and NO customer service. File complaints and leave reviews. Out over $100 for "email disruption" for asking where my stuff was. They send automated emails telling you to look at the product page for updates, yet they removed the product I ordered and refused to answer how to get information. They will take all or part of your money with no hesitation. Companies should not be allowed to create the types of policies that they have.A human responded to me when I acted as a "new customer" to get information but as soon as they realized I was trying to find out how to review a product page that no longer existed they cancelled the order and took over $40 they claim as a preorder deposit when really it's a disruption fee that allows them to keep part of your money and never be out anything on there end.

They allowed for pre-orders and kept the half the money for undelivered work that they were sold out or not available months after pre-order. Told them I would cause issue if they gave me a voucher or gift card. I paid with cash, not a gift card or voucher. Now I cause an issue over a partial refund. There was no "deposit" made for items understood to be paid in full. That was hidden in Terms of Service.

Tip for consumers:
Don't but from here, it's a Racketeering Project.

I ordered an item almost a year ago and still have received nothing. I get an email that tells me the product still isn't in stock. I spent 72.49 dollars and asked them for a refund. The response I get is they will refund me in the order my order was received. What the hell does that even mean. Still waiting for my refund and feel like I've been scammed. Stay away from this site unless you want to be scammed too.

I ordered over a month ago and had not received any follow up emails regarding my order. I asked ONCE on fb about my order and they are now lying saying I flooded them on social media. The site is kind of horrible and I didn't realize that my email had gone through more than once. What do they do? They cancel my order. They can't take criticism or questions when you ask about your order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

Placed order on 8/19. Received 4 of the items. The 5 items that were pre-order were supposedly "fulfilled" on 12/12 yet I never received them. Glancing their FAQ, I'm told to take it up with the USPS who of course didn't know what happened to my package. I'm almost definitely never getting those items. So, I got half of a $240 order...4 months ago. USPS and horrormerch are apparently off the hook for the remaining items and my money.

Not a bloody chance I'll ever order anything from them again.

No customer service at all tell me they sent email when they didn't then told me the items I wanted they couldn't get but can't give me my money back do not buy anything they will take your money and leave you dry sent a tracking number that says delivered with only one thing out of 5 that they say was sent and all they want to do is a gift card now won't respond back so out money and items missing IT,JAWS,and both CROW figures told me they can't get them no response at all DO NOT BUY
