i started using HJ on a recommendation early in 2014 and its been 1 and half year we still using their services. the reason to come so long with them is the support we get on time and resolved. plans are competitive and we get discount coupons as well time to time. good job...

i am using them for over 5 years for reseller hosting and hosting over 300 websites under platinum reseller plan using appx 200 GB space and i have never seen that sites are down or not responding if i leave couple of times when it was down for scheduled maintenance. such a long period proves that we are in safe hands..

i earlier worked with hosting company for all of my server needs but once i got feedup by them, i moved to hostjinni and this seems to be going good so far. its been 8 months and i dont get much issues and no much hassle to manage the multiple websites with their support. pricing is very competitive and tech support is also fine. sometime this gets tough during the day hours due to volume calls and tickets but they managed to help all in all.. thank you

i believe hostjinni hosting seems a good service provider in comparison with other brands in the country. I have started using their servers in march 2013 and it been almost 3 years I see nothing serious about their services. Price is competitive and when I tried reaching them, I found them to help. I personally recommend.

The support I got was actually very good. The man on the phone understood the technical aspects of the question, and investigated the issue to find the way to solve it. I did not need to convince him I really had a problem. he determined that the issue required sysadmin intervention, and entered the ticket on my behalf. The ticket was correctly resolved within a day. Could not hope for more

for past 23 months appx i have been using their dedicated vps service for my ecomerce portal and i found them good in comparision with others in market. support is good and pricing looks competitive.
