I am fully satisfied with the services from Hostsoch. The customer service is exemplary, it replies very quickly to the slightest question. This is the best experience I have with hosting my website. The control panel is a complete and valuable tool, the servers are reliable. And my recommendation to all use Hostsoch Service I m using hostsoch service for more than 3 year to till date no any such problem i am facing
HostSoch server is down from the last 16 hours and till now there is not any response from the support staff. Can you imagine that your client's websites are down for 16 hours? You gonna lose all the clients. It's very very very bad. It was my mistake to go with HostSoch. Always go with quality, not with quantity. See attached so you will come to know about their worst support.

I just love the pricing here, very reasonable compared to other hosts.
Everything was fine as long as Hostsoch was run by Hostosch team. Sales and support was excellent. But all the hell broke out after Ewebguru acquired Hostsoch. Neither of them had the courtesy to inform their clients including me about this acquistion. Support gradually declined and it went to such an extent that they breached the terms and conditions of contract by not reneweing the license of sitepad. Repeated reminders and requests went to deaf ears. Today when I warned them that the matter will be brought before CCPA and a compensation will be demanded for practicing deceptive trade practices, the support staff member was so audacious that he said go ahead! So, now I am filing a consumer case against Ewebguru. If others want to still get decieved by this pathetic company with a bunch of terrible liars, you may please continue. Regards, Dr BMS
