Guess I should of read the reviews of this scam site. I got paid a little of the gold owed to me but now I get the same message over and over. "gold shortage... we'll contact you by email when your gold is ready". Yeah right, it's been weeks and no email. I check in every day and no gold. Good thing I only bought a small amount or I'd feel realy ripped off. Google should take that website off their search.

Ordered online video game currency from this website. It's been three weeks since I've placed my order and the delivery which was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes still hasn't arrived. When I contact customer support they always say the same thing about working hard to restock. When I asked for a refund they had me e-mail the manager who never responded. This service is a scam! Don't use this website!

This site its nothing but fraud! Dont let their front page reviews fool you. They ripped me off. As stated in their advertisement 24/7 support, fully stocked 100%, fast delivery. Well i purchased their product and here it is 3 days later and no product. They tell me no refund, please wait for their email... well guess what? Im out $$$ and all they can do is press a macro key and ignore me and my requests.

I am one of those scammed. Still waiting. Daily emails and contacts with the only response from Kate is we will email you when your order is ready. After reading reviews here I went ahead and filed a dispute with PayPal. I should have known better. Doubt I will see my money back but its extremely frustrating I had to almost donate a kidney to become "verified" with PayPal but there is no way to verify who they collect for.

I personally research every site before I use them. Unfortunately, one night I didn't. This company is a scam. I complained to two different email addresses and got a response that someone called "benjamin" would be available to talk to from 1100-2300. I tried about five times to talk to him and he was never available or would be available in 12 hours.

I disputed on paypal. I then escalated it to a claim. Got my money back in a day.

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and they did exactly the same thing. None in stock and then when I disputed the transaction, they stated they had the gold and then when cancelled, they are "out of stock" This site is theft, plain and simple. Stay very far away from them and their lies. If you file a dispute, don't cancel it - EVER.

It's been a year since i order and i still havent gotten my gold or my money back. How come this site been shut down for stealing?

Definitely a SCAM! Absolutely nothing but a SCAM! After investigation, it was found they typically give the consumer 1/10th of their order and make promises for the rest they never intend to deliver.
It needs to be mentioned, very importantly, that they attach a fake PayPal link in their "invoice", if you have concerns with your transaction. If the consumer goes to the site, they are asked for all their personal/financial data, game passwords, etc.

I wish there was a way to shut these guys down... but in the mean time, please don't use thiis company

Usually research sites... have never had a problem with any other sites... thought this was a good deal. Less than $10 for 10k gold. So I order 70k >.<

Yeah, same response as everybody else... I hate these guys. Been 11 days... and they give me the same answers as all of you guys.

Bought WoW Gold from here, said they were out of stock and would have it next day, so i checked next day and now they said they were banned, and then back to not having it, so i called paypal had then dispute it and then hotcataclysm.com contacted me and said if you close you ticket we will give you your order, which i was like na ill just wait till my refund and had my refund the next day.

They STOLE my money, they didn't deliver the service i paid for, refuse to give me a refund, and now will not communicate with me via email or anything. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

This site is nothing but a big scam. For thoes that play WOW and buy gold for the game online never use this. There reviews are made up themselfs there not backed by visa or paypal or with anyone else for that matter. If u buy and oerder from there u will never get it and have to fight and fight with them for weeks about whats goin on they don't do refunds

First off this is a scam. They give you the run around and steal your money. They don't return emails or provide any service. Its been three months for me. They are a sham

Did the same thing to me. Ordered gold... they didnt have it. Told me to wait... or they could offer me 10k in gold and the rest later.

I said id like a refund... got the e-mail to the manager. Days of him not responding... so i filed a complaint.

Do yourself a favor... do not accept the 10k gold they offer or whatever. Then they can claim you were given a product for your money. As in you accepted an alternative to what they were offering.

Im glad I didnt. Paypal said that I should be getting my money back in 11 days.

They have not delivered the gold... despite having claimed THREE times that it was ready.

Now their website is gone... I suspect I am screwed. Thank god I used a safe site to make payment

FRAUD!, THEY TOOK 40 DLLS FROM ME, 3 WEEKS AND I GOT NOTHING! THEY KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME ANSWERS, "WE DONT HAVE ANY GOLD ON STOCK, WAIT FOR OUT MAIL", IM TIRED OF THIS, CAN I SUE THEM? OR REPORT THEM TO FBI SCAM? THIS IS TOO MUCH! AGHH!

A total scam site DO NOT purchase any product from them.
They will ask you to cancel a dispute (if you use paypal) DO NOT do so
You can't re-file disputes its best to avoid this site or swear at them in the live chat} =D

I purchased through this website, via paypal. I disputed this payment through paypal. Paypal stated that they could not do anything about it because they do not protect virtual items. So this means that anyone can setup a website use paypal become a merchant state that the customer purchased a virtual item and can defraud people out of millions and paypal will protect the merchant and not the buyer. This site still has not sent my item their live support is a bot. I have lodged complaints with the Econsumer.gov and IC3.gov about both this site and paypal. This can lead to a new trend of frauding people out of their money via paypal.

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago and still nothing and very hard to contact people to get an ETA.

So I wish I would of found this website a LONGGGG time ago (speaking of sitejabber that is). I ordered gold from hotcataclysm.com about 7-8 months ago. Idiotically spent 40$ equaling out to 40k gold. Well here we are, as i said 7-8 months later... my order still hasnt been completed. I have tried their worthless and probably automated chat system... all i get is "i c" "i am sorry" "we will inform you when your gold is ready hopefully asap"... Yeahhh so i guess to all the rest of you... dont buy from these scammers.

I will be filling a Paypal dispute and also filling a BBB and Google Business report...

First off,---> DO NOT <--- Use this site. They tell you that they have the gold ready and then they say it's instantly gone. Below is the third conversation I've had with them AFTER filing a dispute with Paypal, AND ---> DO NOT <--- accept part of the gold you ordered, you will never recieve the rest and paypal CANNOT dispute it if you already recieved part of the gold.
