This is by far the best hotel we stayed in India. The customer service was excellent, especially from Kishan (front desk guy). Room clean, beds so comfortable & room service affordable & very good. Highly recommend staying here. The hotel is conveniently located off the main bazaar and near New Delhi train station. Highly recommend this place to all travellers
Taxi organised by this hotel from Delhi airport, costs 4x more than normal price, dirty small car where we didn't get out luggage in; we had to wait for " hours! Hotel staff: not friendly, rooms not clean and dirty towels... never again...
