Booked a room through hotels.com. Showed up at the hotel, and the place was shuttered. Wrote to hotels immediately. No response for two weeks. Finally had to contact them. A dozen communications later, "Well, it's not OUR problem is a hotel we listed took your money without being open!" So annoying to go legal over $50, but I'm willing to do it. Don't want to take my word for it? Check out the consensus on this scam "service". I mean, I have *literally* never heard of a company with 273 reviews and an average far *below* 2 stars!

Asimismo uno puede comunicarse con el hotel a consultar diferentes opciones con ese precio preferencial que incluye desde piscina hasta desayuno sin costo dependiendo del hotel. MUY CONFORME
