Manager of the London location needs to go back to customer service training. Was charged for breakfast with our room and we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. I wanted a credit and Manager refused.

Ended up with a non refundable reservation in Parker Colorado and I was looking at Parker Arizona this was made 2-1/2 months in advance - during this time my wife suffered a heart condition and she can no longer travel i contacted them for refund they said absolutely not -very heartless!

I searched for motels in a town distant from mine by about 125 miles and in the course of establishing rates for a given date, HotelOne.com popped up as a link; the link did not provide a price so I called the toll free number. Upon learning the rate for the date/time I desired, I told the call center person that it was too much. They immediately responded that they had a rate at another motel in the locale that was more reasonable. They gave me the rate and I asked them to book the room. Once again they said they had a rate that was even better and would I like that instead. I replied that only if they sent notice that the first room reservation (by now they had my credit card number of course) was canceled. That was done immediately as I waited and another location booked. The sent me an specific number to identify me, a reservation number, all on a receipt for the room.

The problem started when we arrived at that motel a few days later and the clerk told us he had no records of the room's reservation, in fact, nothing whatsoever regarding us in their system! He offered us a lower rate than we were quoted before, on the spot, and we settled in.

In subsequent e-mail interaction with the "customer service" portion of HotelOne.com, a company the clerk said he'd never done business with at the motel days before, it required invoking the credit card company's dispute resolution process to get them to refund the amount we paid to HotelOne. I'm electing not to tell HotelOne about this review because I don't want the hassle of changing my credit card numbers when they respond to my negative comments.

Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague!
