Hourideas

I have purchased two dresses from hourideas site, both of them arrived very bad quality. When I inquired the customer service about the return address, they did not give me the address ( it seems is not existing) and instate offered $ 20 refund. I did not agree, but they ignored my email and three months are saying now that the refund is on the way. It's a fraud, don't get involved with them

I ordered a jacket in early December 2019. The item has not arrived till today, 23rd March. I asked for a refund and they said its being processed, but that was 2 weeks ago. I have filed complaint with Facebook against them.
I am going to pursue this matter until the police take action against them. This company is nothing more than a fraud site. DO NOT BUY!

Unfortunately, I bought a couple of clothes that did not match the pictures on the website. When asking for a refund, this is still (after 9 months) not sorted. All i am getting back are joked about the refund its on its way.

I requested and paid for 3 dresses since December 2019 and I only received one dress and so far I have not received the rest value, knowing that the quality is poor
They delay the return of the value of what was paid more than 6 months ago

I ordered 2 products from hourideas.com, both didn't even come close to what they looked like on the site. When I contacted them for a return and refund they have been ignoring my emails. I don't recommend anyone shop from them. Terrible, terrible product and customer service!

Is it reasonable that I ordered a week ago and completed the payment, but the order remains unfulfilled. What was this?! Was I cheated, was I stolen?!
They don't even reply to e-mails!
