My big complaint is that this site snuck in there while I was trying to pay my property taxes. I thought it was a new feature of Orange County taxes. Also, I suspect they will immediately charge $19.00 instead of the $1.00. There are so may sites like that on the internet where you just pay for shipping and then they charge as much as $49.00 per month after that and they refuse to say no when you call to cancel.

This information covered a lot of information about the property and surrounding area, and seemed to be up to date. However, there was no reference to renovation or quality of appliances or custom work which might change the pricing. I am not sure how you would get this, and therefore question how the information is obtained. Overall satisfied with information.

This quick and easy informative value estimation along with other miscellaneous information such as local public school ratings is well worth the single dollar charge.
It is a starting point to find out what your home may be worth if you are planning to sell it. BUT I just checked my bank account to be charged $1. That charge was there along with an ADDITIONAL $18.95.

Questions were pertinent and focused; report provided just the information I needed. System was easy to use. It did not take too much time.

Overall, I found the site most helpful. However, even though I intended to get a single report for $1.00. I found out that I was automatically signed up for a year's subscription at a monhly rate $18.95, which I did NOT sign up for. After talking to the Customer service rep, I got my first report, which I actually found helpful.

Signed up for one report for $1, and they've been charging me $23.95 a month! Absolutely did NOT sign up for that. For anyone looking to use their services, I wouldn't trust them AT ALL with any of your credit/debit information if I were you. Move on and find a reputable company that won't use your information to fill their pockets.
