I recently ordered for the very first time a live plant from House plant shop and the plant is beyond what I expected! Not only did it arrive a day early but it was packaged with such thought and care, no damage at all! I will most definitely be ordering more from them and I very highly recommend their plants as well.

Hey, I was loving being able to get plants at decent prices online. It didn't matter that shipping took a little while. But when it came time for them to stand behind their customer service promise of a guaranteed healthy plant? They failed big time. My Chinese money plant arrived sickly. Yellowed leaves - awful. But I have it some sun and checked the watering. It was so sickly, that I had to repot it within a day (normally I let them acclimate) because it was just too sick. There really weren't any roots and I had to hold the plant together. It got the correct soil. It got what it needed. Stayed sickly. One by one, leaves turned yellow, then browned and died. I contacted them several times and no matter what, they gave the same line: We think it will thrive. Leaves turned inside out (not a healthy plant) - they deny a problem. The leaves continue to yellow and die - they deny a problem. I have adjusted sun, water and even replanted again to make sure I have done everything. Still sickly. Still reporting problems. Still they say "It will thrive" - it hasn't. It isn't. It won't. This is an awful experience and they kept my review of the plant from being posted on the site! There are other sites. Know that this one doesn't stand behind the guarantee and will just keep lying to you saying "It will thrive" no matter what.

This is my last time ordering from this site. My poor plant arrived with barely any leaves, a zip tie sucking the life out of it, and looking incredibly sad... I ordered a Alocasia Hilo Beauty and Alocasia Bambino before, which both died within a week. I tried to give them another shot as I saw a plant I really liked... this poor plant has seen some days. I have another plant coming tomorrow, and I'm praying that it arrives safely... This company is officially going on my "do not buy from" list. I wish I was able to leave a picture...

Not to mention they stole the picture off a different website... I saw the exact same plant, for sale with the same picture on another website...

There was even rat poop in the box, and inside the plant soil... I had to repot it immediately and wash my hands thoroughly...

Not only this, but they kept my reviews from all 3 plants from being published on their website...

Tip for consumers:
No hesitation if you order regarding the condition of your plant when you recieve it, they guarantee a healthy, beautiful plant!!

I bought two subscriptions for my mom for Christmas. A succulent box and an indoor houseplant box. The first month was good. The 2nd shipment, the grapy ivy was destroyed inside the box. Dirt everywhere and the plant itself was just little clippings with almost zero roots, no actual potted plant. I contacted the company and they apologized and said they would replace it. However it took over a month for them to even send out a replacement and it was an entirely different plant, not grape ivy, when it arrived. The 3rd shipment was also bad. The indoor plant was again decimated in the box and had broken unhealthy ends that were brown and yellowing. I contacted the company for a refund and have had ZERO response. Horrid quality and horrid customer service. I canceled both subscriptions and went to The Sill instead. Spend your money elsewhere!

Online plant shop. I believe I ordered from this shop twice.
* First order, everything went smooth. I received my plants on time in good condition. Their soil is dense/ heavier and retains more water than I liked/ preferred. Packaging was great. Minimal soil spill.

Then, the pandemic hit, and it seems like their business boomed.

*Second order- I did get my credit card charged, but never received my plants. After several communication, I found out that they misplaced my order... so took 2-3 weeks to receive. They did ended up refunding, but left me bad aftertaste.

Highly recommend PPC International, aka houseplants.com for on line plants. They overall take great care in shipping healthy plants at good prices. I did receive 3 that were not and they immediately contacted me then credited my account. The customer service is much appreciated, and I've continued to order from them now and will in the future!
