Ordered an XL pant- when it finally got here it's more like an XS-won"t even fit my granddaughter who wears a small. When I inquired about a return, I was told it would cost me too much in postage to return it and wasn't even given a return address so I could check postal rates! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIARS AND THIEVES!

I purchased items from this site and although the product itself was fine the company did not honor its Instagram advertisement. This is the first time that I have ordered from an Instagram add and it will definitely be the last.
Upon checkout I noticed that the BOGO offer did not appear to be present (the whole reason I purchased). The add itself boasted the BOGO as more cost effective of course.
Because I did not see this applied at checkout, I made sure to write a detailed description in the open comments field.
The product took over a month to arrive and of course was short the BOGO special. I contacted this company via email and was informed that unless I could provide proof of the advertising they were sorry.
Again, having never purchased from Instagram I found that it is impossible to go back and find an advertisement that just happened to appear on my feed. So needless to say this company will not honor their advertisement.
I personally think that it is bad business to ask a customer to provide proof of an add. Had I known this would have been an issue I would have taken a picture of it.
Lesson learned I guess.
