Needed to replace the keyboard on my laptop. I was going to take it to a repair shop but decided to search for answers online and stumbled upon this company. Turns out, I just accidentally triggered a button hidden in the panel. Very satisfied with how quickly they identified the potential issue, and the keys are working fine now. The repair was done within 2 minutes, which is really cool.

Not a good company to do business with.They absolutely overcharge the so called services they offer. Talked to one of the Reps they have answering the phone, spoke like he didn't give a $#*! about how he comes across, and that alone makes it feel like a scam. Had to tell him, don't know how many times, that I wanted a refund, because they use questionable practices in the transactions e.g. not clarifying the amount properly. I was looking from a answer about Sony PlayStation, and for some reason, their site popped up,I was led to believe from Sony that it was a $1 charge, felt like they intercepted that message. STAY AWAY FROM HOWLY.COM

Used the service accidentally. Was looking for information on how to get a refund on a Visa card. Once I had an unexpected situation - after spilling coffee, the keyboard of my reliable laptop broke down and stopped responding. Moreover, not a single button responded - apparently. I approached them with my problem and didn't believe they would help me. As I thought, the motherboard in my computer was completely fried. Luckily, I turned to them before taking it to the service. I gave them the card that had only $10 in account, they charged me $5, tried to charge my card for $75 multiple times and did not answer my question. They said I had to wait for a lawyer to answer my question, I waited for 45 minutes, no response.
