I like the solitary work and the income flexibility, thanks to the bonus projects. Everyone here is very kind, and I like that the higher-ups are open to suggestions from the workers.
For the most part, the company is decent, at least. Bonus pay is decent, and work hours are flexible. There are also a lot of talented co-workers here. However, the management style is authoritarian, and no one likes this kind of management. Managers never consider employee opinions and suggestions, and they never address their concerns or problems. Moreover, they never care about their employees, and they're forced to blindly follow management.
