Got the original Moc Toe Chelsea boots from Hunter boots as per the recommendation by my best mate. They help me so much with work as it's water proof and I work in areas that has a lot of water around. They are comfortable to wear all day and that helps a lot too.

“The WORST online experience of my life”

The worst online purchase experience of my life, hands down! If other companies were doing business like Hunter Boots does, I would NEVER buy things on the internet. So many problems happened with me trying to purchase one pair of boots it's unbelievable, this feels like a very bad joke at this point. Wrong tracking, delivery failure, wrong information from customer care, but especially I'm still waiting for a refund of an order i've made 35 days ago! I've never received the order, it got automatically sent back to company, and now it's 18 days that they received it, and still no refund. I must have spend 10 hours chatting with 15 different people from customer care, and still ZERO help on the matter. The department I chatted with shouldn't be called "Customer Care", it should be called "Company Care". They are just screening customers from bothering the company with their issues. The only answer I can get from all of them is this " we are currently investigating. Once we have an update for you, we will contact you via email." I never received an email in weeks. If I ask further questions, they just copy and paste that sentence. That's it. Are they humans or bots? It feels like these people on the chat are there only to prevent you from contacting the real customer care ( what they call "internal team"). Customers are not allowed to speak directly to them. So basically there is no customer care, as the people you are chatting with cannot do anything for you. Also, I'm not sure what they are "investigating" from weeks, there should be no mystery here. Everything they need to know is on the Tracking History. Tracking history is clear! There is every movement of the package. It shows that package never made it not even to my city, and that it was delivered back to the company, and signed 18 days ago. Why am i still waiting for a refund? Ive never even seen that package, whatever happened to it, it shouldn't be my concern, so why am I still waiting to get my money back? Instead of contacting me, every couple of days i have to contact them back on chat, and i have to restart the story from the beginning every time. Yeah, I always find somebody else, and they never know my story. From last week different representatives are telling me that they will raise this matter up to internal team. I hope they did, as every time I chat with a new person, she doesn't know that this was already been raised up to internal team. Still no updates at all. Everything went wrong with this order, and I can't get real help. A company treating customers like this in States would't last one day. I'm shocked how horrible of an experience this has been, from such a well know company. Where is the customer care? I wish i could copy and paste all the chats on here to show you how bad and frustrating this has been. I could make a book about it! A very awful book. I'm exhausted. 35 days now chatting with every customer care representative, I've only lost hours of my precious time, and for now I'm loosing money as well, 143 euro of an order I've never received. I'm one step away from involving my credit card company to fix this situation. I wish I've never went to Hunter Boots website! Experiencing this on my skin, the only thing I can say is to STAY AWAY from this company! They really don't care of you. And if you really can't live without a pair of Hunter Boots, my advice is to purchase them from a third party store. The order was made from Italy, where I live at the moment, and it should have been shipped from their warehouse in the Netherlands. (At least that's the info on written on their website.)

I recently ordered a couple pair of rain boots from hunterboots.com neither of which fit properly so I sent them back. I then ordered another pair, hoping to get a good fit, and received a confirmation of my order which charged to my credit card. Problem is hunterboots.com followed up that email (see photo) with another email stating that my order "couldn't be processed." No reason provided, just that it could not be processed. I tried twice more over the next day or two and went thru the same thing. I purchased (so I thought) a pair of boots, received a confirmation from Hunter about my order followed by a 2nd email stating that my the 'order can't be processed' and to contact them if I had questions. I tried 3 time in total to order a pair after the initial 2 pairs that I'd received (didn't fit). Each of the three following orders, they cancelled the order after initially sending me a confirmation.
Absolutely no reason provided. I reached out to their "customer service" via chat and email and was told that my account was flagged bc I ordered too many pairs. What? How does that even happen? Maybe I have a big family or maybe I love boots! Ridiculous. I shopped successfully on this site never had any problem pre-covid - I was always satisfied. I'll never use the Hunterboots.com website again. I ended up buying my pair at a different vendor. Boo to hunterboots.com. Lousy experience all around. Disappointing. Weirdest on-line shopping experience I've ever had nothing has even come close but so won't forget how they treated me and, I won't be back.

They have really great products, but often not at the best prices. You have to shop around before you order. The site this year 2017 is offering less variety of products. 2015 the offerings where much better and they had a great sale.

My husband bought me a pair of Hunter Gumboots for my 40th birthday. Within 18 months, they have split (despite us treating them) in multiple spots. We are in Australia and it is proving a nightmare to find a contact number/email to organise a return, as they are still in the warranty period. The company they were purchased from in Australia is now Brand Alley UK, and there is no way for us to do a return, as they are not recognising Australia Post. If Hunter is offering a 2 year warranty, then they need to be able to facilitate return/exhange requests rather than making it impossible for costumers of their product to follow up and return the faulty item. For a company with such a reputation as Hunter, this a very disappointing!

Not only are they super comfortable and super adorably cute, they are not the most expensive and are very affordable for me. They are a perfect fit for my shoes and my worry about ordering online because the purchase was amazing
