Hush Puppies

I have been a loyal customer for Hush Puppies formal wear and I really like the products. However, they are priced on a bit higher side but I don't mind paying for the quality they are delivering.

I would like to lodge a complain against your employee who showed zero customer care and was so unpleasant to deal with. I visited your branch in Woodhead on the 20th September 2023 to look for kids school shoes and upon identifying the shoe that I wanted to buy she was serving a white couple and she was all smiles and polite but that changes when she had to serve me a black young lady. I didn't know that the service offered by your sales person was dependent on race well we asked for a size 9 she says that's the last shoe which was on display and I wasn't willing to take it because there was white stitches popping out and it was bumpy on the front. It's like I poked a snake by saying that, she was like that's the last shoe and seeing that am reluctant on buying tha shoe she asks to go check at the back where thy keep all the stock then she says there is one more pair of which she has been saying there was no stock? When she comes back she throws the box at me on the counter not giving the box but throws it? Well I check the shoes and seeing that my emotions were very high I didn't want to address the issue with her because I would have been very disrespectful and that is not in my character I therefore ask you to intervene. She had so much attitude for a lady In her late 40s who was also at work for that matter. Please tell us if your staff is only trained to be polite to white clients and not to black because for a minute I was not happy to proceed with the purchase. I request that you talk to your staff because you are going to close clients who love your products but cannot support you due to the customer service offered.
